this hotel is new，neat ，air conditioning provided。the location is adjacent to the walking avenue ，you can buy some souvenirs here as well as food from convenience shop .

It was around a 7-min walk from the JR station. Room was very small and it was quipped with a microwave. There was a table of medium size. In the meantime, a microwave was there and it occupied half of the table. Hence, the table became very small. A supermarket was a 2-min walk. Shopping street was a 15-min walk. Good illumination The major problem was cleanliness as some rubbish was found under the table.

Clean and safe. Good location. Highly recommend. I will choose again in the next time.

Small compact hotel however room cleaning was not perfect on the window. So dusty. Location is not bad on the main station. Not many restaurants near hotel. The best point is microwave in the room & very famous mattress from UK.

Very helpful clerk at check in who spoke English, which is always a help for us. Came to the room to assist with the wifi pasword.

The room is very clean and the transportation is convenient. You can walk to the popular human touch pub.

The room is small but clean. It is fully functional. There are also self-service laundry and drying facilities on the ground floor. It is very convenient. The front desk staff is polite. But a little stubborn and inflexible. They refused to give me an extra pillow. The location of the hotel is good, but it is a little hard to find when you first enter. It is quite convenient after you get familiar with it. There is an izakaya next door, which is run by a middle-aged couple. It is quite good.

The hotel is located near JR Takamatsu Station. It takes about ten minutes to walk and is not difficult to find. You can go to Hyogo Town to find food nearby. It only takes about 5 to 10 minutes to walk. There are many varieties and the prices are not expensive. We recommend Takeuchi Shokudo, a popular choice with affordable prices and good taste. There are self-service washing machines and dryers in the hotel. The room size is okay. At least you can open your suitcase and move around. The facilities are okay. But the only criticism I have is about the air conditioner. The dust filter is full of dust and the air outlet is dirty. The most important thing is that when it is set to 16 degrees, it is not cool at all. When I use the boost mode, it is only lukewarm, just enough to sleep. Fortunately the boys' rooms were not like this. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good, overall it is OK, and the price-performance ratio is high.

The location of the hotel is hard to find. Without navigation, it's like walking in a maze. I don't know why the bathroom is so noisy, but fortunately it doesn't affect my rest when the door is closed. The bathroom shower curtain is full of mold, which really affects my mood for bathing. I don't recommend staying here.

It's further from Takamatsu Station than I thought, and there's nothing around, so you have to walk a bit to get to the convenience store. The room was so dusty that it felt uncomfortable... I don't recommend it.

Hotel Livemax Takamatsu is close to Takamatsu Station, the restroom is clean, and the front desk staff is very friendly! Very cost-effective, not bad!
