Hotel was modern and nice. Overcrowded with tourists who are not very hygienic as tourists groups do patronise the hotel quite abit. Location was great!

Location is convenient. The staff is helpful. I really enjoy to stay at this hotel.

Walking distance to the hotel from train station. Free welcome beer and drinks provided. Cozy room with comfy beds, clean sheets and functional bathroom.

Smell of hot spring is no good, but we are easy to get private bath. Breakfast is good. Staffs can speak every good English.

Perfect room and nice spa.... Whole family very enjoy their spa.... Love it

Staff was excellent, location was off the beaten path which was good, breakfast was excellent, rooms were good size and the two hot baths were great. Private baths were dinky.

It's a nice hotel but location is quite far from station.. Quite a long walk especially when you are having your lungguage...Staff are friendly and helpful...

Had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Takayama. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The central location allowed easy exploration of Takayama's attractions. Overall, a great experience and would gladly return for another visit.

11 min from the station. Location was average. Easily accessible. Quite a lot of restaurants around.

Very nice and clean hotel, very good breakfast. Onsen is nice to have but so so and can get crowded after dinner. Location is a bit far from train station.
