The hotel is very close to the bus station, making it very convenient to go to Shirakawago and Kamikochi. The hot springs are very comfortable. I didn't try the hotel's breakfast because the breakfast time basically overlaps with the hot spring time in the morning, otherwise you have to get up very early.
