We spent 9 nights here and were pleasantly surprised by the price-performance ratio. It is relatively quiet despite lots of families with children. It is the first hotel we have visited that has more sun loungers than the room capacity. Breakfast is OK, although the selection of fresh fruit is more suited to a 5* hotel. We have never had fresh mangos every morning in any hotel (mostly 4* hotels) in Thailand. However, there was no cappuccino, just an inedible filter coffee. But no problem, we just drank tea. The bed is extremely hard and after 2 nights I had a lot of back pain. We asked at reception for a soft mattress topper and then the problem was solved. We can recommend the hotel for a quiet holiday without any entertainment.
