Staff was nice, charged extra for everything. Has not been updated, toilets don't flush fully, room smells, ac works to moderately cool room down.

God lokation, men dårlig komfort! Sov ikke da sengen var så hård, puderne så fyldte at de var hårde, og airconditionanlæg larmede helt vildt selvom det var sat på det laveste hastighed, og det ville være for ulideligt at sove uden men vi endte med at slukke den for at kunne sove.

Staff great, beach flop. No beach, access to the water only via a life-threatening ladder. We moved to other beaches, where of course we had to pay for the loungers. We moved from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor, the air conditioning compressors are under the roof. That's why it's always loud, even when your own air conditioning is turned off.

Check in and out is easy and super quick. The location is actually very good, but the beach area is rubbish as the lawn is on a concrete block and there are not enough loungers and those that are occupied by Germans. But there is a great pool with lots of loungers and totally relaxed people in a great atmosphere for meditation. Many thanks to all the other guests who were absolutely quiet, considerate and tolerant. Unfortunately no more is being invested in this beautiful hotel, although some renovations are pending, e.g. at the pool bar etc. The breakfast by the sea is great. The staff are quick and friendly and try not to disturb the peace and quiet in the hotel and are almost invisible. Leave the hotel on the left until the end of the street, then turn left and you will find everything a tourist needs. Wifi only works in reception and that's a good thing. Room with a great terrace and two rocking chairs to sit on in the evening - yes, that's how a vacation should be. After a few days we had a cute frog that hopped into the bathroom but we gently removed it. Always close the doors. You can definitely go to Sudala, but you don't have to if you can find something cheaper.

The place is nice but the rooms are old, the furniture too, the shower leaks, the old joints, no soap or shampoo (this point was still solved after expressing my dissatisfaction at the reception), a cockroach in the room, no way to have mosquito repellent to enjoy the terrace in the evening, no way to have a drink because at 10 p.m. the restaurant closes, the pool bar is closed (you have to go and help yourself at the restaurant so on the other side of the street) and the big problem: no WiFi in the rooms (available only in the lobby and the restaurant). Firstly.. This review is wholey in regards too the restaurant that is situated on the beach area outside the hotel... Two couples as a grouo, decided to walk too this location for a meal by the beach.. Well, yes, there is an area of sand that has been formed by laying sand between grass verge and concrete sea barrier.. So not really romantic enough for our liking.. So now too the food.. Ordered 2 surf& turfs( no lobster so king / tiger prawns), so no reduction in price for loss of lobster.. 2 steak mignon were also ordered.. What turned up was 3 surf & turfs and 1 steak mignon.. This despite member of staff double checking with our orders before leaving us.. One of us also didn't want vegetables in their rice... Guess what,he got vegetables in his rice... Yes we could've complained at the time, yes we could've sent it back too try again, but that would mean even later eating our meals..and one member eating on their own as other meals were correctly delivered to our table... So for me the service just wasn't good at time of our visit.. The meals themselves were very small portion size and for us, it didn't reflect good value for money.. It tasted ok, but nothing that wowed us.. For me, eating out is supposed too be an culinary experience of what a chef can cook and have that real taste too the meal... This simply didn't give that experience...Hopefully the management or whoever reads this review, if unfact they do read posts, will take the criticism and rectify things for future diners at this restaurant...
