My last staycation in Shangri-la hotel Jakarta on 31 May 2023 was amazing. The dinner in satoo was delicious and the staff especially the waiter, Mr. Bayu so friendly and helpful. My most recent staycation was at the Shangri-la Hotel in Jakarta on May 31, 2023. The dinner at Satoo was great, and the waiter, particularly the waiter, Mr. Bayu, was extremely nice and helpful. Thanks for the service.

I understand that it was an old hotel but finding 4 small cockroaches is really bad. The towels and robe are old too. Can see old wallpaper with stain and flaking and old wood flooring. Mold on the toilets and crack hairlines in the bathtub. The alley way is warm and stuffy too. The room are mostly lit with yellow warm light so not bright. However overall service is good, staff are friendly and always greets with smile

I booked the corner room for my stay, it has a killer view and the room design helped me to fully enjoy the view from different angles and I could watch the sunset. For the current price, the facilities have room for improvements, for instance the TV is still quite old and has limited channels, it would be perfect to give smart TV or maybe add more channels. It would also be great to install a rain shower for every room in addition to the existing shower now.

Even after the pandemic, Le Meridien is still one of the best 5 stars hotel that I value with an excellent rating. It's been always a pleasure to organise meetings and events here. Some of the rooms haven't been renovated yet, but still well-maintained. The buffeett is GREAT. The new look of the lobby is nice, and appreciate the GM who always near around the customers. THANK YOU for the hospitality and utmost job of the sales team (Mrs. Okta and Ms. Inggar), event team (Mr. Oka and Mr. Dewa), banquet team (Mr. Septian), FO team (Mr. Dean) and F&B team. Can't wait to have another stays and events at the Le Meridien!

Stayed in here for concert Regime Tour Jakarta. Booked via Agoda. Recommended hotel if you want to stay near GBK Senayan Room was good, clean but not big. They give amenities sandal hotel, toothbrush, shampoo, body soap, towel, 2 mineral water. No kuttle jug, coffee and tea. Stay at 2nd floor you can easily access through stairs. This hotel become one with the coffee shop. The one I love, the room rate include breakfast. The choice of breakfast not much but these enough for small hotel.

The room was clean albeit small however is adequate for 2 single beds at reasonable price. The washroom was clean also. Breakfast is included in the price but it is geared for domestic guests not so much for western tourists. The staff is friendly and some understand English. The shirt hanger, however is way too high, the bar is about 2 meters above the floor which does not make easy to hang your shirts or to retrieve them, see attached picture. Each room has air conditioning and a safety deposit box. The hotel building is very close to the busy road, separated from it by a row of parking spots and a narrow sidewalk. My room was toward the back of the building and I heard no street noise. But I did sometimes hear deliberate knocking for some unknown reason by person unknown on the steel street light posts at 2 am and 3 am and the sound of azan (the call for Muslims to pray) at about 4:30 am from the nearby mosque. There are convenience stores (AlfaMidi and AlfaMart) about 60 meters on either side of the hotel where you can buy snacks or get Indonesian currency from the ATM machine inside the stores. A word of caution: watch your steps because the sidewalks are uneven and there are missing drainage covers here and there. It is recommended to install the Grab app on your smartphone. Typically you can get a Grab car online faster and cheaper than a regular taxi. I had mine downloaded in Kuala Lumpur but you should be able to get it installed from one of those internet /electronic stores in Plaza Semanggi mall, a short taxi ride away from Sotis. Also you can get a local SIM card from the same place.

We arrived when it was almost dawn, the staff processed the check-in quickly and friendly. Its strategic location is close to the Senayan area. Many food sellers around it. Internet connection is stable and fast. Large selection of TV channels. The room and hotel are clean, hot shower is available, it's just one of the three rooms we booked, the AC is not cold.
