2.체크아웃하는데 프론트 직원이 내가 예약한 플랫폼에서 객실료 입금이 안됐다고 전화를 하라고 함. 국제전화를 어떻게 하냐니 그래도 하라고 함. 가까스로 앱 메시지를 통해 예약업체와 연결되었고 예약업체가 프론트에 직접 전화해서 통화하였으나 아직 입금이 안되었다며 못나가게함. 배시간에 쫒겨 결국 내 신용카드로 3일치 결제한 후에야 나갈 수 있었음(첫째, 이건 예약업체와 호텔 시스템 문제인데 왜 고객에게 전화를 걸고 해결하라고 하나요? 둘째, 프론트와 예약업체가 연결되었으면 고객 잘못이 아니니 고객은 일단 보내줘야 하지 않나요?)
3. 40분간 실랑이하느라 배시간 때문에 걸어갈 거리를 늦어서 택시를 잡고 있었는데 프론트 직원이 튀어나오더니 조식 결제안했다고 결제하라고 함. 조식 먹은적 없다고 했더니 기필코 다시 데리고 들어가서 방번호에 이상한 사인되어있는거 보여주며 결제하라고 함(3박하면서 레스토랑 어딨는지도 모름. 이상하게 찍 거져있는 사인 보여주며 내 사인이라고 함) 여보세요. 제가 안그래도 눈에 띠는 동양인인데 조식 먹었으면 레스토랑 직원이 기억 못하겠어요?)
