Firstly. All the staff speak excellent English. Not what someone wrote previously. I should know as an English speaker. We were in the new building for a week. The rooms are beautiful, clean and well designed. I would have preferred a normal balcony and not a French one. The breakfast was very good with a selection for all tastes. Thanks to the excellent staff: Luca the reception manager, Davit security, Anna reservations and a very nice reception lady whose name I can't remember. We stayed an extra half a day which Luca helped us with. We were in the old building ( with a payment) and it was fine.

This hotel have some issues the rooms are five star but the service and the food are definitely lacking a price point of over 100 dollars. The breakfast buffet food temperatures incorrect. When I got home the first day after my adventures at 6 p.m. my room wasn't cleaned. I was made really annoyed. Web down tell them to clean my room and waited in the lobby to do something that's already been done. .the hotels policy they say because of covid is not to clean your room! I've been on vacation for the last 45 days and this is the only hotel in three continents that hasn't cleaned my room on a daily basis. Also they have a pool but it looked so uninviting. There's no concierge and the staff don't know answers to basic questions about airlines or where to eat . This hotel is worth $75 a night maximum not over $100 a night. I always ask myself would I stay there again . The answer is no. It's hotel is not up to the service if it's price point period the rooms are very pretty though

All the attractions are near this hotel, it is convenient to go out, the car is also called, and the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is also very good, the waiter is also very good 🙃🙃🙃 It's just boiling water. When you pour it in the cup, you can see a layer of gray water. It feels a lot of impurities. It may not be filtered. So I still buy mineral water myself.

I think there is a problem with the bathroom, the space between the shower and toilet is too small, I can barely fit. I am 1m90 tall. There are stains on the lamps, scratches on the doors. Very comfortable bed, lighting works very well. Toothbrushes and bathrobe were missing! Housekeeping should check rooms before guests. The swimming pool is very good, good installation! Very good breakfast. I would say that the standards of a 5 star hotel are not there, even at the level of the reception service remains very basic but nothing more, I expected better service anyway. The meal at the ATI was very good, but the waitress is very young and very kind and needs to learn more about F&B. The chef came to explain his dish to us, very professional.

The Museum Hotel is a well positioned hotel, within walking distance to many sightseeing spots. The staff are very helpful and the rooms are fine although as in any hotel, some rooms are better (bigger) than others. I was there twice within the space of ten days and my room 412 was larger than the room I had previously (the number of which I forgot), and therefore, it felt more comfortable. Breakfast was standard, certainly not outstanding. The breakfast area is a bistro in the evening and the evening meals are ample and the deserts excellent and all reasonably priced. I found the hotel itself to be pricey as compared with other hotels frequented during a 5 week tour of a number of countries.

Since this was our 1st visit in Tbilisi and we wanted to stay for around 2 weeks, we didn't wanna book the hotel in advance and only booked 2 nights in another hotel!(glad we did it this way) After 1 night we canceled the hotel and looked for an alternative hotel in order to enjoy our stay in this beautiful place. We couldn't been more lucky and happy that we have found Taberne Boutique Hotel with his amazing location, clean rooms, comfortable bed and professional staff. I am in hospitality and know therefore if a room is beeing cleaned or just '' beeing cleaned'' The rooms in this hotel are really beeing cleaned and the Housekeeping is just amazing!! All of the staff are friendly and helpful at all times. The location of this hotel allows you to walk everywhere you wanna go, since it's central. You have a park 2 min away from the hotel where you can sit and meet new people and have interesting conversations and just enjoy the weather. Transportation is very cheap and 8f we didn't take the bus we did take Bolt something like Uber. We would 100%recommend this hotel and will defenetley be back if we visit Tbilisi again. Thank you for this amazing experience.

I stayed for 6 nights. The room was very spacious and very clean. I asked for more towels and paper and every day I received them. The room was cleaned daily, fresh breakfast but 3 stars, not 4, the superb superior restaurant with a panorama of of the city and great food, the young people at the reception are extraordinary, thank you very much Nina, Maria and the boys, I can't remember their names, for sure if we come back to Tbilisi we will stay at your place
