This type of room that we ordered is an anti-missile shelter with a small, blocked window opening. Unfortunately this was not clear in the information provided when I made the reservation, otherwise I would not have taken such a room. Because of the protected walls there is a feeling of suffocation in the room. To change this room, we had to pay an upgrade fee. Apart from that the hotel staff is nice and helpful.

The location is not very convenient. Going to the city center or Jerusalem is quite troublesome. The hotel room is very small, but the decoration is very fashionable

Location was great as was all the staff.
The view of the sea from our room was wonderful . The only complaint I have is that there were people cleaning the AC or other machinery up on the roof one night till 23:00 and it was noisy.

Worst vacation ever. The room is very small A horrible view as you can see for the images I took. The window can’t be opened and it is a SHELTER window!! Not recommended mainly to claustrophobic people ! We asked to switch to another room and only at 11 pm they advised they can move us and asked for it 400 shekels!

We came to the hotel to celebrate my birthday. The hotel has unique design, special view from the room and very kindly staff. The breakfast was very good, the location is perfect. So close to the beach and to the TLV port with lots of places to eat and go out. Very recommended!
