The room was very spacious. The second time I visited Jinyun, his house was newly renovated. The restaurant on the second floor was very dreamy. The accommodation environment was also very good. The carpet was soft and the bathroom was separated from wet and dry. It was better than some chain hotels. It was worth coming. 服務：我們是晚上從瑪雅玩完回的酒店，同行的人比較多，時間也很晚，但是前台小姐姐也沒有任何不耐煩，還是很細心的幫我們辦理了入住！設施：在上樓了以後才發現2層是有洗衣房的，三層是有健身房，推門就可以進，非常想試試但是因為衹住一晚，第二天還要趕海，實在沒有時間。酒店配有洗髮液和沐浴露，沒有護髮素哦，吹風機的風比較小，如果開車來或者不嫌麻煩可以自帶吹風機。畢竟價格很實惠啦！！感覺可以做到這樣已經很不錯了！下次來還會考慮入住地理位置是距離東疆開車25分鐘左右，雖然不算太近，但是也還可以接受。因為我搜了一下距離海邊很近的酒店基本價格就很高了，多人出行實在不實惠。上次入住的某家酒店200左右一晚，開車十幾分鍾到海邊，這次一看都漲到400一晚啦！

First of all, the service is really good and enthusiastic, and many details are well done and considerate. The small convenience items at the front desk are very considerate. Second, the breakfast is delicious. Although there are not many styles, the taste is good and the ingredients are fresh. The beef noodles at the Ming stall are highly recommended. In the evening, there is also thoughtful late-night porridge. Third, the room is nice, with dry and wet separation, and the facilities are slightly old but acceptable. What I like about it is the bedding, pillows and mattresses are both soft and hard. There is a free parking space downstairs, but it is public and you need to find it yourself. The children loved the games and small gifts in the lobby. Suitable for family accommodation.

This is my third time staying at this hotel, and also my first time staying in the summer tourist season. The air conditioning in the room I stayed in at the beginning suddenly broke down in the afternoon, and I was immediately given a new room. The laundry room was quite busy during the summer, mainly because some people washed clothes continuously and some people used the longest washing mode and did not take away the washed clothes in time. Anyway, I only used the 15-minute quick wash mode to never waste other people's time. Because I was worried about the difficulty of parking after returning to the hotel at night during the summer, I did not drive out the next day after checking in. As a result, I came back at night and saw that there were enough vacant parking spaces. Instead, the door was almost full of cars only in the afternoon when I checked in. CChan Ming TongI booked 3 rooms in Jun, 2023. The hotel is only 4 months old. The only thing I want to complain about is that I can't find anything to complain about! The subway station is just in front of the hotel. Shops, restaurants, and malls are surrounding this beautiful hotel. The GM told me it was a 4 star hotel but to me it is nothing less than a 5 star accommodation. Highly recommended! Good price, great value!

GGuest UserThe manager is very considerate. Our check- out time is supposed to be at 12noon. Our flight is at 6:00PM. She lets us stay until 3PM, no extra charge🥰 She even helped us book a taxi going to the airport. Their staff is very approachable and they are willing to make extra effort for all your requests and questions. Highly recommended ❤️

MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondWe checked in at the ”Somerset Olympic Tower”, late Saturday night. This, as another branded hotel, disappointed us greatly, due to basic facilities not being available (we checked out). Upon arrival at the Somerset Olympic Tower, we were warmly received, by the front of house. Special thanks to ”Avery”, for her hospitality and for making us feel right at home, much appreciated. Note: Check in and check out, was effortless and prompt, the way it should be. Thank you. Our suite was exceptionally well equipped. A well layed out kitchen, with major (Fridge, Washing Machine) and minor appliances (Microwave) as well as cutlery and crockery. (Everything you need, for a long or short stay). The dining room had a table and chair set, suitable for family or friends. We enjoyed the lounge area as well, the sofa was comfortable and the area is well organised. There is an office area as well, should you require the use of a desk. The bedroom has a on suite bathroom, equiped with a bathtub / shower combination. We found the bed to be comfortable, with quality bedding on it. The suite has numerous windows, with clear city views. Breakfast (buffet) was excellent, with a great selection (Western and Chinese Style). The facilities are on international standard. Guests can enjoy a fully equiped professional gymnasium, and a heated swimming pool during their stay. Overall we were extremly satisfied with the service received, the facilities and the meals. We look forward to visiting the ”Somerset Olympic Tower” often, and in the near future.

The comfortable bed provided me with a restful night's sleep, and the amenities, including the well-stocked minibar and luxurious toiletries, added an extra touch of indulgence to my stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the dining options at the hotel. Whether I was enjoying a sumptuous breakfast buffet or indulging in a gourmet dinner at the hotel's restaurant, every meal was a culinary delight. The diverse menu offered something for every palate, and the quality of the food was exceptional. The hotel's facilities were also impressive. I made full use of the fitness center, which was equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and I even had the chance to relax and unwind in the spa, What truly set Crowne Plaza apart, however, was the impeccable service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, from the concierge who helped me plan my day to the housekeeping staff who kept my room pristine. Overall, my stay at Crowne Plaza Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. From the luxurious accommodations to the exceptional service, every aspect of my experience was top-notch. I can't wait to return for another memorable stay.
