The hotel environment is very good and very clean. There is a big lake and park nearby, and it's great to go for a walk in the evening. The front desk service is also very good and helps with luggage. The transportation is also very convenient. The navigation goes directly to the door and you can park for free.

Very cheap, clean and hygienic, I also used Trip.com points for free to add two hours to two o'clock, when I arrived at three o'clock in the middle of the night, the front desk sister was still waiting for us, very dedicated! The corridor is also quiet, recommended

The central air conditioner did not work, and the room was equipped with an air conditioner fan, which was a bit noisy. No TV.

I was impressed with this room, its spaciousness and tranquility, which provided me with a good resting environment. However, the TV in the room is a bit small, and for such a space, I think there should be a bigger TV to better meet the needs of the guests. Another problem that bothers me is the problem of bath water. The water temperature is unstable and sometimes cold and hot, which brings inconvenience to my washing. I hope to get timely repair and maintenance to ensure the comfort of the guests. Also, the makeup mirror in the toilet room was bad and not bright, which was a big problem for me. During the trip, we needed such facilities to sort out the grooming, so I hope this problem is solved. Overall, the room has great potential and needs to be improved in some details to provide a quality accommodation. I look forward to seeing these changes and would love to choose this place again as my place to stay.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room is almost double the normal Ibis room (eg in Lindon, Korea, or Sydney). Location is just behind the Snack street, so lots of interesting stuff to eat. Infront is the Han river and you can walk along it towards the Eye of Tianjin.. I would give it 5 stars for an Ibis.

In the past two days, I went to Tianjin for a trip and chose The Westin Tianjin Hotel. The experience was very good. The senior members within the group are also well taken care of at Westin. Especially the lobby manager, Angel, who was very patient with the elderly, left a deep impression. I hope to have the chance to visit Westin again.
