Top Hotels in Tianjin with Spas

The Shangri-La, Tianjin, is, and has always been our favorite Hotel to visit. This week was a special celebration for us, as we celebrated our 15th Wedding anniversary, as well as our 4th consecutive year in China. We relocated to another City / Province, about two years ago, and was unable to visit and enjoy our special Shangri-La. Prior to us moving from Tianjin, we used to celebrate all our special occasions and milestones, at this branch of Shangri-La. We would always spend our Christmas, New Years, and Chinese New Year's at Shangri-La. Now that we have returned to Heibei, we look forward to continuing this tradition. Things change over time, some familiar faces are no longer working there. However, the new team made us feel right at home again, and went out of their way to make our stay most memorable and special. As I mentioned to one of the team members, it's not the spectacular Lobby Lounge, nor the beautifully decorated features, that make the establishment, but rather the people. Without quality staff and superior service, no establishment can ever rely on reoccurring business. For as long as these values are in place, this Shangri-La can be certain of our patronage. All team members provided excellent service, from the bellhop, to the waitresses, from the front of house to the housekeeping and of course the management team. Special thanks to ”Francis”, the new General Manager, ”Danny”, the Food and Beverage Director, as well as ”Billy”, the ”Food and Beverage” Manager. This trio of Management, ensured that we received the best service possible. Lastly, we would like to thank ”Roger” whom assisted us with a Driver / Transportation, upon our early departure. No visit to Tianjin, would ever truly be complete, with visiting The Shangri-La. See you soon.

I have expected a lot from this hotel but unfortunately I got disappointed here: Fist of all the check-in process needed about 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly and said I should take a seat first - only problem: there are just a few seats in the lobby. Many people had to stay and wait => the process was very slow which was very annoying to me and to other guests. This is the first five star hotel where I did not enter the gym. Reason: Very small gym and not much equipment. The gym and the pool are in the basement floor => the pool is very small too and the whole feeling in a basement floor is not convenient for me - I was here dissatisfied as well. The room was clean - as expected. The breakfast was disappointment too: the selection is good BUT the rice was hard, the pancakes inside still wet, the waffles too hard, baked stuff no taste at all. I went to another restaurant nearby fafterwards => the PRICE VALUE RATIO is NOT GOOD for the Ritz Hotel in Tianjin - I will not come back again. But I gave it a chance & the staff is really friendly...

We stayed in the Deluxe King room with a city view and had an excellent stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious. Every single staff member was unbelievably professional and kind, from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff. The food was delicious and the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of Western and Chinese options. We also enjoyed interesting cocktails in the lounge bar.

We stayed just one night and didn’t use any of the other amenities the hotel has to offer. This review is strictly about the room. The bed was large, plush, and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, the tub was large, the water pressure was high, and the soap smelled incredible (kind of like bananas). The room itself was large, comfortable, and had three televisions! The hotel seems wall-maintained, the staff was friendly, and the location is very convenient. We didn’t have a view of the River, but the view we had was pleasant. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others coming into Tianjin.

The hotel has a very good environment. It is backed by mountains, overlooking the reservoir, and is located in a villa area. It is only a short drive away from Dule Temple, Yuyang Ancient Town and other attractions in the center of Jizhou County. The hotel facilities are relatively new, including hot springs, swimming pools, bars, billiards, gyms, and three restaurants. The hardware and software are all good. The service staff at the front desk of the hotel were very warm and thoughtful, and responded to our requests. Not only did they recommend us a preferential hot spring package, but they also upgraded us to a suite for free. They also gave us specialties from Jizhou as a gift when we left the hotel. Thank you very much!

The hotel is very close to the airport which is great if you are traveling 🧳 15 min away to be exact. The room was clean and cozy, it had everything you need for the night. They had an organized driving service to the airport for free which is great👍 The staff was very friendly and pleasant 😊 Would recommend ✌️

My fur kids are my treasures, I will take them with me wherever I go Staying in Tianjin Dongkaiyue during this trip to Tianjin is really not something that can be summed up in 20 photos♥️ [Royal Royal Canin] Adorable dog gift pack: I stayed in the Royal joint suite this time. As soon as I entered the room, I felt that it was too spacious and bright. I was also touched by the gift packs of cute royal pets displayed, which are full of attentive service. The reminder sign next to the refrigerator secretly told me that there are small cakes for fur kids in it🧁 Breakfast: The breakfast is good, the ingredients are fresh and delicious I love the daily special drinks at Regency Club, and I also love chocolate biscuits 🍪I will eat more next time I go 😋 East Hyatt is a veritable pet-friendly hotel, and it will be a must-go hotel when I go to Tianjin~

The location is very good. It's very close to Vientiane City within walking distance. It's not far from the Guifaxiang Food Plaza. The room arrangement is very fast. It's close to the elevator. Breakfast is the same for three days. With the number of tourists, parking spaces are tight. It's best to leave it in the hotel. The parking fee of 52 yuan for one day and one night on the outer road is completely paid by yourself, and the hotel will not reimburse you at all. The room was cleaned after the second night, but supplies and towels were not replaced. The air guide of the hair dryer could not be installed. Even after calling for a long time, they did not change it. The TV picture in the house is not very clear, especially when the cannon is fired, it is disturbed. The water pipe must be turned on to the maximum to have hot water. This is very uncomfortable and wastes water resources. The clothes hanging rope always comes loose.

I have stayed in hotels contracted by the company for many years. It feels like I am back at my own home. The facilities, beds, and food are more familiar than at home. Of course, my home is not perfect. For example, it would be nice if the air conditioner could be a little warmer in winter, so I don’t need to boil hot water in the room as a heater. And the Boss speaker is really good! But since we don’t have a Bluetooth converter, we can only watch it play Tianjin People’s Broadcasting. As a classic hotel brand, can we give it a welcome fruit? This way I always want to go home and visit😽

Facilities: The room is very clean, the Crown chain store is very good Hygiene: very clean and overall very good Environment: There is a lake in front, the environment is very good and quiet Service: The service is very thoughtful, especially Mr. Huo at the front desk is very polite and the check in procedure is very good 👍 There are a lot of people, but overall very satisfied
