請客户領導一起去天津出差見政府領導，付款訂單後，結果 這個訂單居然是擔保金，走之前 前台還拉着客户領導要求其付款房費，領導説我會付款 就直接打我座機 把我吵醒！你們是香格里拉嗎！ 這兩個訂單都是我付款下單的 難道還會差你們房費不成！讓領導難堪 你説我怎麼辦，還把我吵醒！
早餐就是四星的水平，放的零散還難吃！
還有房門隔音很差 這是第一次遇見品牌五星這麼隔音的！
淋浴和護手霜也不好用！
一樓中餐廳不好吃，還硬要我先付款，不能掛房間費用，説房間按金只有3000，餐飲1700，不足！ 這是什麼酒店！還不能開二維碼電子票 硬要我下樓去給他們抬頭！
只有一點需要肯定就是大堂經理知道房間打掃不乾淨後直接給我換個房間！ 補了一份水果 結果都是陳舊的水果…

綜合評分是及格的，畢竟是老牌五星酒店了。
優點：
地理位置優越，下樓就是商場，吃喝方便。夜景也好，躺着可以看到海河景色。
缺點：
設施陳舊，吧枱簡陋，啥也沒有。
還有一個最大的問題，衞生間沒有插頭，不能插捲髮棒。如果説衞生間怕出現危險，落地鏡旁也可以搞個插頭呀。對需要每天夾頭髮的女生很不友好。

此次入住天津香格里拉酒店，位置不錯，出行較為方便。大堂寬敞明亮，有一定的氣派感。房間設施較為齊全，床品也較舒適。但餐飲方面選擇略少，早餐種類不夠豐富，且高峯時段服務速度稍慢。整體體驗尚可，沒有太多驚艷之處，中規中矩，仍有進步空間。
