The room was quite clean, standard Hilton hotel style. I checked into room 5519 first. The safe in the room was broken. I called the front desk to arrange for someone to repair it. The technician didn't know what was wrong and asked the front desk to find an empty room to switch to. It took more than an hour. Finally, the customer service staff asked me to move to room 5207. I packed up my things and changed rooms. Wouldn't it be more convenient to just change the password box? !
