The experience is great. I booked 2 rooms in 2 orders. The front desk helped us arrange it on the first floor. The check-out front desk Jingjing was enthusiastic and quickly helped me issue the invoice. The room has a guest and contact me in time. The hotel is doing a good job in this regard. Free parking is available at the hotel, the room is spacious, bright and has a wide view. Easy to travel, good environment, recommended.

The service was excellent, the environment was pleasant, clean, and hygienic. The front desk staff were very friendly and patiently explained the surrounding amenities. The facilities were complete, making it suitable for vacations, business trips, and leisure travel. The price was reasonable, and the area was quiet. There were plenty of restaurants, entertainment venues, and shopping options nearby. I would definitely stay at this apartment again next time I'm in the area; it's exactly my type.

I went there with high hopes, given its reputation as a dedicated family-friendly hotel. While the price wasn't exorbitant, the overall experience was just mediocre, and it's not worth making a special trip for. I arrived at midnight, and upon entering, the room felt small, the facilities were subpar, and the cleanliness was just average. I was quite disappointed. The next morning, breakfast was served in a large restaurant with a decent variety of food, but it was extremely crowded and felt completely chaotic. There were a few flamingos, but they weren't particularly well-cared for, with rather pale colors. Nevertheless, the children were still very excited to see them. Objectively speaking, there were some entertainment options. Firstly, the hotel had a small indoor children's play area, but kids would likely get bored after about an hour. Secondly, outside the hotel, there was a small indoor petting zoo and an outdoor activity center. I had to purchase a separate combo ticket for these, as they weren't included with the hotel stay – I remember seeing them sold on Trip.com. While neither was very large, they offered enough to keep us entertained for three to four hours. Oh, and why the lowest rating for service? Because one of the front desk staff members didn't seem cut out for the service industry at all. They spoke with a condescending tone, full of impatience and disdain, giving off a vibe of 'Can't you read?' or 'Don't you know already?' Of course, not everyone was like that; the staff at the coffee shop and the ice cream vendor were perfectly normal. All in all, I won't be returning.

The overall environment is good, the front desk service is thoughtful and warm, suitable for business trip accommodation.

Bathing is easy to cut off and trip, the thief affects the experience, and the light in the house is particularly dim, the thief is not warm, I feel that the house is cold, very open, the merchant looks at the improvement.
