Tianjin Jizhou District 4-star Hotels

The hotel is a joint venture between China and Chile. There is also a demonstration farm in the courtyard. There are many Chilean fruits planted. It has arrived in the picking season. It is sweet and salty to bring children and the elderly to play. The room design style, furniture and decoration are very Chilean, and the interior is very comfortable. There are mountains, waters and fruit trees outside the window. The hotel is very close to Panshan Scenic Area and the famous temple Dule Temple and Baita Temple. The sales actively introduce the tourist attractions that can be arranged for the reservation of the room. We are afraid that we will forget and wrote a note; the front desk provides free parking scan code, and there are pick time signs outdoors. Due to the sudden discomfort in the afternoon of the check-in day, it was already more than nine o'clock in the evening when I went to the hospital for inspection. The manager on duty arranged for the kitchen to leave someone to make delicious soup and millet porridge, which was very warm; The next day, the general manager of the hotel specially arranged to upgrade the suite for free. I lived in the room where Jingbairan had once lived in the movie. I felt the warmth of home. The picture with Wu Jing is Mr. Pang, the general manager of the hotel.

What can I say, the environment is good. But the attitude of the waiter is cold. If you say that the service is not good, it's fine, but the driver feels cold. I am a temporary accommodation, relatively close to the destination. So I booked this hotel, I thought the waiters in this environment should be very enthusiastic, but it is far from... that is, everything else is ok, but the service needs to be strengthened

The boss is a warm-hearted person and a senior player 😂 Service: Generally, lunch is relatively light, suitable for health care 😜 Dinner turned upside down what we thought was fourteen dishes that day, all satisfied, There is coffee, tea in the stove, or a cocktail. When we left, the boss also sent us two bags of snacks. Choosing the homestay is healthy. We also said that we have adjusted the stomach disease and sleep. Thank you.

Encountered this villa, and it felt good to watch it online. After staying in, I feel more satisfied. The atmosphere and clean Chinese style, whether indoor or outdoor environment is carefully designed, makes people comfortable and relaxing. The food is delicious and must be a professional chef. Have recommended friends around, suitable for family stay.

Excellent customer service as soon as you walk in, English speaking and friendly. The room was very nice and came with a bathtub with a shower head and tap. The buffet wasn't great, but it wasn't bad, some decent choices, but more Chinese than Western food if any. The hotel is a few minutes from Xiaobailou Subway Station and it's pretty central for downtown travel - restaurants, the scenic areas etc. Overall, a great experience, place and people. Highly recommend

An exceptional stay, one of the best in China in recent memory. Very impressed with the politeness of staff, such as greetings from waiters during breakfast. Hotel is a cutural gem and had no idea it has such a rich history. Quirky and fun, highly recommended. Breakfast was excellent.

The manager is very considerate. Our check- out time is supposed to be at 12noon. Our flight is at 6:00PM. She lets us stay until 3PM, no extra charge🥰 She even helped us book a taxi going to the airport. Their staff is very approachable and they are willing to make extra effort for all your requests and questions. Highly recommended ❤️

Westin hotel facilities, service angel quality, and some business hotels are very different. A wide variety of breakfasts, new room facilities, comfortable beds, and overall excellent value for money was a very satisfying experience. Extra bed available, parking at the door, close to several subway stations, 7 or 8 minutes walk.

St Regis lived up to it's reputation for service that goes above and beyond.....we had a problem upon arrival -:the fridge was missing. abd the spa wasn't working. This was disappointing as it was one of tbe reasons we had booked that hotel. Not only did they rectify the fridge within an hour/( minutes?), they also sent up a lovely tray with local treats and they offered us breakfast on the house. We could n't get the spa experience, but felt the manager, Frank, did his very best to make our visit special, and we were so appreciative. We would definitely book again, but know to check a few things beforehand in case the website is not up to date. At any rate, StRegis stands by its service and the manager was excellent. Kudos to Frank Wang!

The Shangri-La, Tianjin, is, and has always been our favorite Hotel to visit. This week was a special celebration for us, as we celebrated our 15th Wedding anniversary, as well as our 4th consecutive year in China. We relocated to another City / Province, about two years ago, and was unable to visit and enjoy our special Shangri-La. Prior to us moving from Tianjin, we used to celebrate all our special occasions and milestones, at this branch of Shangri-La. We would always spend our Christmas, New Years, and Chinese New Year's at Shangri-La. Now that we have returned to Heibei, we look forward to continuing this tradition. Things change over time, some familiar faces are no longer working there. However, the new team made us feel right at home again, and went out of their way to make our stay most memorable and special. As I mentioned to one of the team members, it's not the spectacular Lobby Lounge, nor the beautifully decorated features, that make the establishment, but rather the people. Without quality staff and superior service, no establishment can ever rely on reoccurring business. For as long as these values are in place, this Shangri-La can be certain of our patronage. All team members provided excellent service, from the bellhop, to the waitresses, from the front of house to the housekeeping and of course the management team. Special thanks to ”Francis”, the new General Manager, ”Danny”, the Food and Beverage Director, as well as ”Billy”, the ”Food and Beverage” Manager. This trio of Management, ensured that we received the best service possible. Lastly, we would like to thank ”Roger” whom assisted us with a Driver / Transportation, upon our early departure. No visit to Tianjin, would ever truly be complete, with visiting The Shangri-La. See you soon.
