The room is spacious and comfortable, very clean, well equipped and smart and very new, but the sound insulation is too bad, the next door is talking and bathing can be heard clearly. The front desk felt very indifferent, and the aunts in the room cleaning and restaurant were very enthusiastic. Booked an egg room is about 150 yuan more expensive than the ordinary room type, but the egg has a notebook, I don’t know if I am lucky or how, anyway, I am very disappointed.

The big bed room is very comfortable. Since the home belongs to the flood discharge area, I chose to stay in Jinjiang Inn. I didn't step on the thunder. The hygiene was in place.

The room was directly upgraded to a superior king room upon arrival. It felt very comfortable and did not feel like being away from home. The facilities were relatively new and the robot service was very advanced. Breakfast for children was free. Homemade cookies were given as a gift when checking in and leaving the hotel. Fortunately, I booked a special twin room. The front desk lady gave a free upgrade to the deluxe twin bed. The room was very large and spacious. The bed was 1.35 meters larger than most hotels. The room was facing the sun. It was close to the community and the rest was very quiet at night. Check out for more than an hour without charging me for overtime. This kind of boss is really good and will come to your house in the future. There is a supermarket downstairs that is very convenient for shopping. The supermarket seems to be a brand with the hotel.

GGuest UserAnnie, the front desk staff, has a very good service attitude👌. It's a warm stay. The hotel is very clean and tidy. I like the decoration style inside. There is not only a restaurant on the third floor but also free laundry and drying. I have never had such a good service attitude in a hotel before. I like it so much. My family also thinks this accommodation choice is very good. I will book this hotel again in the future!

The location of the hotel was excellent. There are many shopping malls in the vicinity and it is convinence for tourist like us.
The hotel's rooms are clean and service are up to my expectation. Breakfast are good and it is included.
I will definately stay there if I happen to visit Tianjin again.

GGuest UserI really appreciate the very strategic location, it's just few hundred metres away from many famous attractions, such as little Italy. Or if you're looking for halal food, there are many muslim restaurants too. It's also very near to station too, the hotel's room is on 37 to 51 fl, really help with the magnificent views. Staffs are friendly, room's clean, nothing to complain about. I strongly recommend this hotel, as myself would definitely go back here.

GGuest User房間衞生乾淨，有地暖，我們是春節期間大年初六來住的。非常暖和，屋裡邊很舒適。主人王先生的服務特別好，我們到了之後。接我們停好了車，下午辦理的入住，早上的早餐乾淨衞生，吃的也挺舒服。房間還給準備了三炮台。下次準備夏天的時候來這裏，在院子裏坐着，有一棵大樹，在那裡乘涼一定很舒適，這裡邊是鬧中取靜，離院子不遠就離楊柳青的燈會，離楊柳青的春節廟會的飲食一條街也很近，另外旁邊有一個萬和居餐廳，包子及老爆三也很好吃。所以在吉祥院子住着挺方便的，很好。推薦。

VVerusha GovenderThe accommodation at Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua city met all the standards. The staff were friendly and spoke English. They made our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were always clean and service was great. The location was really good you were able to access Aqua city mall via the hotel at the restaurant level. There was also L+ mall across the road. The subway was 100m away and getting around the city was easy. The only think I could fault them on was that I booked a room with the street view at the top level and instead I got the top level with no street view. However the stay was great.

MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondThe Shangri-La, Tianjin, is, and has always been our favorite Hotel to visit.
This week was a special celebration for us, as we celebrated our 15th Wedding anniversary, as well as our 4th consecutive year in China.
We relocated to another City / Province, about two years ago, and was unable to visit and enjoy our special Shangri-La.
Prior to us moving from Tianjin, we used to celebrate all our special occasions and milestones, at this branch of Shangri-La.
We would always spend our Christmas, New Years, and Chinese New Year's at Shangri-La.
Now that we have returned to Heibei, we look forward to continuing this tradition.
Things change over time, some familiar faces are no longer working there.
However, the new team made us feel right at home again, and went out of their way to make our stay most memorable and special.
As I mentioned to one of the team members, it's not the spectacular Lobby Lounge, nor the beautifully decorated features, that make the establishment, but rather the people.
Without quality staff and superior service, no establishment can ever rely on reoccurring business.
For as long as these values are in place, this Shangri-La can be certain of our patronage.
All team members provided excellent service, from the bellhop, to the waitresses, from the front of house to the housekeeping and of course the management team.
Special thanks to ”Francis”, the new General Manager, ”Danny”, the Food and Beverage Director, as well as ”Billy”, the ”Food and Beverage” Manager.
This trio of Management, ensured that we received the best service possible.
Lastly, we would like to thank ”Roger” whom assisted us with a Driver / Transportation, upon our early departure.
No visit to Tianjin, would ever truly be complete, with visiting The Shangri-La.

*****4454I went to listen to Guo Degang's family reunion on the third day of the Chinese New Year. The rooms in several nearby brand hotels were all booked, so I had to look at the apar**ent. The result was amazing! Two bedrooms, two living rooms, one kitchen and one bathroom, very convenient, and the most important thing is the good location. The People's Stadium is right outside the window. There is no need to worry about traffic jams after the show. There is also a 711 downstairs for midnight snacks

The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly furnished. The comfortable bed provided me with a restful night's sleep, and the amenities, including the well-stocked minibar and luxurious toiletries, added an extra touch of indulgence to my stay.
One of the highlights of my experience was the dining options at the hotel. Whether I was enjoying a sumptuous breakfast buffet or indulging in a gourmet dinner at the hotel's restaurant, every meal was a culinary delight. The diverse menu offered something for every palate, and the quality of the food was exceptional.
The hotel's facilities were also impressive. I made full use of the fitness center, which was equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and I even had the chance to relax and unwind in the spa,
What truly set Crowne Plaza apart, however, was the impeccable service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, from the concierge who helped me plan my day to the housekeeping staff who kept my room pristine.
Overall, my stay at Crowne Plaza Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. From the luxurious accommodations to the exceptional service, every aspect of my experience was top-notch. I can't wait to return for another memorable stay.
