St Regis lived up to it's reputation for service that goes above and beyond.....we had a problem upon arrival -:the fridge was missing. abd the spa wasn't working. This was disappointing as it was one of tbe reasons we had booked that hotel. Not only did they rectify the fridge within an hour/( minutes?), they also sent up a lovely tray with local treats and they offered us breakfast on the house. We could n't get the spa experience, but felt the manager, Frank, did his very best to make our visit special, and we were so appreciative. We would definitely book again, but know to check a few things beforehand in case the website is not up to date. At any rate, StRegis stands by its service and the manager was excellent. Kudos to Frank Wang!

We stayed in the Deluxe King room with a city view and had an excellent stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious. Every single staff member was unbelievably professional and kind, from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff. The food was delicious and the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of Western and Chinese options. We also enjoyed interesting cocktails in the lounge bar.

Westin hotel facilities, service angel quality, and some business hotels are very different. A wide variety of breakfasts, new room facilities, comfortable beds, and overall excellent value for money was a very satisfying experience. Extra bed available, parking at the door, close to several subway stations, 7 or 8 minutes walk.

I have expected a lot from this hotel but unfortunately I got disappointed here: Fist of all the check-in process needed about 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly and said I should take a seat first - only problem: there are just a few seats in the lobby. Many people had to stay and wait => the process was very slow which was very annoying to me and to other guests. This is the first five star hotel where I did not enter the gym. Reason: Very small gym and not much equipment. The gym and the pool are in the basement floor => the pool is very small too and the whole feeling in a basement floor is not convenient for me - I was here dissatisfied as well. The room was clean - as expected. The breakfast was disappointment too: the selection is good BUT the rice was hard, the pancakes inside still wet, the waffles too hard, baked stuff no taste at all. I went to another restaurant nearby fafterwards => the PRICE VALUE RATIO is NOT GOOD for the Ritz Hotel in Tianjin - I will not come back again. But I gave it a chance & the staff is really friendly...

The Shangri-La, Tianjin, is, and has always been our favorite Hotel to visit. This week was a special celebration for us, as we celebrated our 15th Wedding anniversary, as well as our 4th consecutive year in China. We relocated to another City / Province, about two years ago, and was unable to visit and enjoy our special Shangri-La. Prior to us moving from Tianjin, we used to celebrate all our special occasions and milestones, at this branch of Shangri-La. We would always spend our Christmas, New Years, and Chinese New Year's at Shangri-La. Now that we have returned to Heibei, we look forward to continuing this tradition. Things change over time, some familiar faces are no longer working there. However, the new team made us feel right at home again, and went out of their way to make our stay most memorable and special. As I mentioned to one of the team members, it's not the spectacular Lobby Lounge, nor the beautifully decorated features, that make the establishment, but rather the people. Without quality staff and superior service, no establishment can ever rely on reoccurring business. For as long as these values are in place, this Shangri-La can be certain of our patronage. All team members provided excellent service, from the bellhop, to the waitresses, from the front of house to the housekeeping and of course the management team. Special thanks to ”Francis”, the new General Manager, ”Danny”, the Food and Beverage Director, as well as ”Billy”, the ”Food and Beverage” Manager. This trio of Management, ensured that we received the best service possible. Lastly, we would like to thank ”Roger” whom assisted us with a Driver / Transportation, upon our early departure. No visit to Tianjin, would ever truly be complete, with visiting The Shangri-La. See you soon.

The hotel staff actively solves the problem. Before booking, I asked that there was a small refrigerator in the room, and I found that there was no after registering. The crisis handling in the front hall was first-class, and I decisively got a refrigerator, and the attitude was very commendable. Later, I also added a little money to upgrade the barely ordered suite. Although the space is large, the design of the room is a bit strange. There is a sofa in the suite but no coffee table. The ordinary room has a small water bar suite but no, all on the desk. The ordinary room has a stage makeup light, and the suite does not. Praise the cleaning sister, it needs to be not perfect, but it can be seen that it is very careful, the place has been re-draged before the check-in, and the attitude is good.  Although the hotel's public relations response is first-class, especially the female manager and the little brother wearing a sweater. But will not live again, the hotel was originally designed to go to the main entrance of the street is useless, all through the parking lot. At the moment of arrival, I almost thought it was closed, and the gate of the parking lot was dirty and narrow and there was a trash can next to it. I almost wanted to give up but I thought I came. I entered the lobby and it was bright and bright. But the entrance and exit of the parking lot really can't stand it. It will be really embarrassing if the business trip is sent to the door. Except for the projection light, there is no hotel inside.  And Trip.com's rights and interests are almost all rejected, except for early check-in that almost anyone can enjoy. Upgrades are rejected and late check-out is rejected. There is basically no problem with other hotel rights. It is rejected here, a little bit not generous enough. Provide rights on the platform and then refuse.

Don't be too hilarious to go shopping for clothes and eat! The hotel is warm and comfortable overall, Tiffany tones are retro and stylish! When I left, I thanked Ms. Wang at the front desk for the big bag, and then we were very convenient to travel. I love you 🫰 I will stay again next time ☺️

I went to Tianjin to watch a show with my classmates. I originally booked a special big bed online. After I arrived at the store, I upgraded to business for free. The room was much bigger. The room was called after I swiped in the card. I didn’t need to insert the card. The room was pretty clean. The toilet and shower are separated into two compartments, which do not affect each other. It seems like a passage outside the window, not the street view outside, which is a bit embarrassing😂. The location is not bad, behind the Hang Lung Plaza, it is very convenient to the commercial street and where we are going. The front desk service was not bad, I was very busy and helped us to photocopy the materials, and gave us a bottle of water when we checked out.

This hotel is amazing. New, clean, staff are super nice. Coffee machine at the lobby. Standard room was already super spacious and nice but they upgraded me to their loft because of a confusion in reservation, and it was fantastic. The breakfast quality is high, with both western and Chinese local selections. They provide free beverages in the room as well as water and welcome drinks upon arrival. Highly recommend!!!

This city trip, a total of three nights, changed three hotels. Suddenly encountered cooling, this hotel stayed the longest. The room is hygienic and relatively large. I took three children alone and didn't feel crowded. In the public space, there is a very good space to read and rest. Like the relaxation brought by the hotel. It is worth mentioning that the service is worth mentioning. Atour's consistent service makes people feel at ease. The waiter gave a lot of sufficient mineral water and taught the use of TV. The entrance to the hotel is spacious and bright, and check-in is quick. I stayed in a city view king bed room with a street view. The house is also very clean and tidy, and it is very close to the Fifth Avenue opposite. This hotel is in a GREAT location for tourists (near heaps of great restaurants and bars - scenic area and Heping Road shopping) or business travellers (I was attending a conference at the Meijiang conference centre) and has really lovely big modern rooms. The downsides - there is only 1 lift for all 10 floors (which are dispersed throughout 24 floors) of the hotel so the wait for the lift can be frustrating, also the reception staff struggled with the fact I had made 2 separate bookings (to separate work from personal travel) for the same room even though it was carefully explained in Chinese and a note should have been recorded against the room - instead it meant my room wasn’t serviced properly on my last full day and also my room keycard was deactivated. The irritations aside, this is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and I would stay here again as the rooms really are so nice.

I really appreciate the very strategic location, it's just few hundred metres away from many famous attractions, such as little Italy. Or if you're looking for halal food, there are many muslim restaurants too. It's also very near to station too, the hotel's room is on 37 to 51 fl, really help with the magnificent views. Staffs are friendly, room's clean, nothing to complain about. I strongly recommend this hotel, as myself would definitely go back here.

The boss is very nice. The hotel environment is very hygienic. It is very close to Zhang Xueliang's former residence, Zhang Ailing's former residence, and Xikai Church. The streets in front of the hotel are full of food, drink, and entertainment. There is also a police station nearby, which makes me feel safe. I will come back next time.
