This hotel is just opposite to Tirupati Railway station main entrance.. Front desk reception - yes Customer approach - Good Rooms - sufficient Neatness and maintenance - Good Soaps and towels - No. Just only one kept You have to ask for another soap or towel. Other wise, you will not be given. ( This is not based on one single stay. But for the past 4-5 stays this simple thing is not corrected ). Restaurant - yes, but not satisfactory.. Room service - needs improvement Cost of room - affordable Overall rating - 4.1 / 5.0

4. the hotel room was exactly like just mentioned in the makemytrip, their hospitality was good 👍🏻 and i liked it, after i reached the hotel i liked their hospitality while receiving me and i was given some necessary things like bath soap, towel and hot water facility, tv facility was also there. the hotel ambiance was also good . they have arranged the cab services when i required to go to temples. i will prefer the hotel next time also.

Noise pollution and not a continuous sleep. Got room in 3rd floor too hot. Got up with sweat. No room service. Television not worked.

Room was fine and good but the staff behaviour was very arrogant. Payed full amount through mm t and requested for early checkin but staff was not ready to accept it. Staff behavior was very harsh and not allowing even to take rest at reception area even after paying extra amount for early checkin until room gets ready. Not good for family and kids to stay as staffs arr not good. Rooms are neat bathrooms are bit old type but still fine. All together not a happy stay all-ready informed this complaint at reception desk.

When we stepped in as a family. Reception was very poor, rude and harsh. Just they want money but not accommodative. Rooms are also of poor quality and not value for money paid.

Stayed at hotel annapurna, the amount they charged for deluxe room seems to be very high. It's not worth for that cost. At half of that price i stayed in another hotel near to it. Not visiting again, and i don't recommend to others too.
