Ho soggiornato presso questo hotel nella settimana di capodanno, solo b&b. La struttura si trova in posizione centrale e strategica proprio nel cuore di Todi, ma mentre le parti comuni con i soffitti a volta, la piccola cappella del XIII sec. ora adibita a sala congressi e il terrazzo incastonato mantengono il fascino dell'antica e nobile dimora che era stata per le camere è tutta un'altra storia. Purtroppo devo mettere una nota negativa: le camere sono piccole (ne ho viste tre) datate ed il bagno (almeno il nostro) peggiora la situazione. Impianto idraulico mal funzionante, doccia minuscola con telefono che perde. E tutto questo è un peccato perché lo staff al completo merita un applauso. Tutti gentili e disponibili. Per quanto riguarda la colazione nulla da eccepire, buona scelta di prodotti e soprattutto le brioche da favola, mai mangiato brioche così buone.

Dopo tanti anni , lo scorso settembre sono tornato a Todi ed abbiamo soggiornato una piacevole notte nell'Hotel . Ci siamo trovati benissimo, personale gentilissimo e ottima cucina, purtroppo unica nota stonata, nonostante le rassicurazioni che accedendo all'interno della zona ZTL non ci sarebbero stati problemi in quanto lo stesso Hotel avrebbe provveduto a comunicare al comune che eravamo ospite del Cesia, abbiamo ricevuto una bella multa. Quindi inviato il verbale alll'Hotel lo stesso ci comunica che ammetteva l'errore e che avrebbe provveduto a pagare la sanzione: risultato , ho atteso troppo, ho fatto passare i 5 giorni per la sanzione ridotta ed invece ho addirittura pagato la stessa per intero! Mi spiace scrivere questa recensione Sig.ra Monia, davvero, come gli ho scritto nelle mail(delle quali non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposte) non è certo per i 100 € , ma per una questione di correttezza da parte vostra che è mancata: dalle nostre parti la parola data è sacra. Potevate uscirne in mille modi e francamente se avete beghe con il comune non è giusto farle pagare ai clienti. Buon anno. Massimo Rizzardini

Della Direzione di questo Hotel ho apprezzato, in particolare modo, la correttezza ed onestà, rispetto a situazioni verificatisi! che, oggigiorno, è quanto di più raro possa trovarsi! Inoltre, la cordiale disponibilità del Personale tutto che nella sig.a Monia della Reception s'è accompagnata alla competenza, delicatezza e cordiale accoglienza! L'Hotel si trova in posizione strategica e comodissima al centro di Todi! L'Ospitalita' offerta dimostra un'Attenzione al Cliente che lascia il desiderio di tornarci!, magari, senza i troppi "imprevisti" verificatisi!

Posizione ottima, qualche problema con il parcheggio, comunque risolvibile. Bella stanza, silenzioso. Colazione non all'altezza, nonostante la cortesia e disponibilità del personale.

Great staff and nice room
We stayed in a lovely suite with a terrace that was very pleasant in the afternoon. The people at the desk are friendly and helpful. We were sorry to leave them. My only small complaint is a problem we find in many hotels--the absence of an unoccupied electrical outlet by the bed--hardly the end of the world.

Location perfetta, così come la gentilezza dello staff. Peccato per la struttura, davvero troppo datata, e non troppo pulita ( c era una cimice in bagno). Struttura che andrebbe rinfrescata, perché alla fine il prezzo non vale l’offerta.
