Nestled in a quiet area in between Ueno and Akihabara, located within the side streets with little traffic, you see locals gathering after work in the many izakaya in the area. Room was decently sized with good layout for our family of 4. Washing machine/dryer in room was heaven sent, left it running thru the night to dry fluffy clothes in the morning. Although pricy for its location, everything else makes up for the difference.

It’s less than 5 minutes’ walk from the subway station and very close to Ameyoko Town. The receptionist is proficient in English. It was my mother’s birthday on the second day after checking in, and she even gave me a mysterious gift, which was super thoughtful!
