I had a lot of issues, but the service was terrible. The customer service was so bad that it made me feel bad. I had been staying there for quite a long time, but I felt like I had had enough. I've used this hotel many times since it was Laforet, and I feel like the service was better before. The prices are much higher than before, but I still feel like it's terrible.

The only disappointment was that there was no lounge on the upper floors.

This hotel is located right in the heart of Tokyo. As a five-star establishment, it's the only choice when my boss travels for business. The facilities are excellent, and both the cleanliness and service are top-notch. Highly recommended.
