The hotel facilities are good, and the hotel has a free shuttle bus to Shinagawa Subway Station, which is very convenient. There are not many commercial shopping nearby. The hotel is right next to a beautiful park. There is also a FamilyMart convenience store inside the hotel, which is very convenient. The facilities and room size are better than other hotels in Tokyo.

It is not recommended for tourists to stay here. There is not much food nearby.

Very satisfied, the service is excellent! If you stay one less day, you will be given check-out money. It is very hygienic. It is also very cost-effective to treat friends to dinner. The transportation is convenient. I will stay in this hotel next time.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to Haneda Airport, not far from the subway, suitable for business travel

The room is large, and the hotel provides parking spaces, which is convenient for drivers, but the location is a bit far from Ginza.

I booked a Deluxe room as a Marriott Gold member. I’m quite used to no upgrades from Marriott but at least welcome points and late checkout were acknowledged. The hotel features a free shuttle to Shinagawa Station. This is convenient and useful as it’s a bit of a walk especially if you have luggage. Note that the shuttle does not feature any hotel livery and appears similar to a regular bus so make sure to keep an eye out on the displays. The room itself was very nice. I’ve stayed at Marriott’s main competition in Tokyo and I personally found the room here as the best among them. I noticed that the king bed was actually two smaller beds pushed together. This is not a big deal to me but for a review I’m not going to ignore it. I’d like to comment regarding location and competition in Tokyo. Shinagawa Station is a major station but it’s not particularly compelling. I personally don’t do much there but take the train elsewhere. A few of Marriott’s main competitors are in frankly more interesting locations such as Shinjuku. If you’re loyal to Marriott, want a nice room, and prefer a quiet location then this hotel may suit your needs. That said my completely honest opinion is that for the same price I’d much rather be in more interesting areas such as Tokyo Station, Shinjuku, or Ginza. With a significant discount I would consider staying again however at it’s average price point it’s a tough sell for me.

Tokyo Marriott is an immaculately clean hotel with excellent service and hospitality! The location is so convenient since it is close to the Shinakawa train station. I would like to mention the special service from Mr. Masanori, the Guest Relations Manager who is extremely helpful to us. In the dining room, the two staff members Elmedi Benahmed and Chetri Jagadesh who are so attentive and helpful every morning! We strongly recommend this hotel to everyone

With a stunning ambiance, delicious dining options, and spacious rooms, it is the perfect place to stay while visiting Tokyo. However, addressing the issue of the gym facilities would further enhance the overall guest experience and ensure that guests have everything they need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Awesome service and very good work location close to Shinagawa station. Crazy helpful staff and amazing breakfast. The Japanese corner in the breakfast was especially nice and also the fresh made juices and smoothies. Rooms are large and nice with awesome bed quality, still a refurbish would be nice. The executive lounge is very nice, still food level could improve and not so much focus sweets. I will be back at this nice hotel next time in Tokyo and can recommend to all Tokyo travelers both for work and vacation ❤️

Marriott is very close to my wife office and, importantly, close to Shinagawa station. We can walk comfortably to the station, though the hotel offers a very nice shuttle ride every 20 mins or so. We are very impressed by the hospitality and attentiveness of all staff here from the front to the dining area and at the lounge. They greet you and know you very well as if they have memorized your profile even before your arrival. Overall, we really love all the services, cares, and friendliness Marriott staff have given us all through our two week stay. The room we had is very neat and spacious with the convenience and comfort we can hope for. And the housekeepers have tried their best to keep our room nice and tidy every day. Thank you very much, Marriott, for keeping us warm and comfy like home.

We liked Marriott Tokyo Shinagawa so much that we decided to come back at the end of our Japan trip as well. Our both stays were amazing! We liked the cleanliness, the facilities, the location of course! But☝️ what was the most wonderful is Service. Ladies and Gentlemen from all the departments were incredibly friendly, fast and helpful! We were so pampered with attention. Our special thanks to the breakfast restaurant supervisors, who, despite being extra busy, paid attention to every guest and were caring and polite. Gratitude to Bell desk team, club lounge team, hskp for their incredible work! The Gentlemen from concierge who knows EVERYTHING :) and who helped me with Disneyland tickets and Okinawa trip. And of course, the star Ms.Dahal from Front Desk who was taking care of us during the whole stay - Very professional and attentive. 👏 bravo

Great biz hotel near to Haneda airport.. free shuttle bus to Shinagawa station.. as titanium got upgraded to suite .. club lounge is great with free flow alcohol from 11am - 10pm.. evening cocktail has so much choices which I was shocked to find casa amigos reposados tequila.. great breakfast too!

This is an outstanding hotel with an excellent staff that stands ready to meet all needs. The breakfast buffet is the best we encountered in our 3 weeks across Japan. The hotel shuttle is an extra great plus. Getting to Shinagawa station from Haneda airport was simple, fast and cheap. TIP: The hotel's website doesn't do a great job of describing how to find and get the shuttle from the Shinagawa train station. VERY SIMPLY, exit the station of street level. Turn left. You will see a bus stop with the #6. The bus is a big bus (a city bus) without a Marriott sign. But, it's the ONLY bus that stops at #6. That's the one to take.
