This elevator and service are free, unlike the Tokyo Tower on the Internet, which is charged. I wanted to see Mount Fuji during the day, but there were no return tickets for the highway bus, so I took the Chuo Line - Takao - Otsuki - Fujisan Kyuko Line for a day trip.
