Only smoking rooms were available so I made a reservation. There aren't many hotels that are terrible for smoking these days, but as soon as I entered the room, the smell of cigarettes was so strong that it permeated the whole room. There was no environment for it. It even permeated my clothes. I tried shaking half a bottle of something like Febreze but it didn't work.

I did not have the breakfast but the cost of the room is definitely value for money in the Tokyo area. Room is clean and neat , but small. However if looking to just sleep for the night , it’s definitely value for money.
