I booked two nights during the Spring Festival at a high price, but the experience was terrible
1. I could mail my luggage, but the lady at the front desk said I couldn't. I then placed an order and mailed it myself. The lady at the front desk provided poor service and looked disdainful.
2. There was an extra pair of long stockings in the room I was staying in. They must have fallen down during cleaning.
3. The room is not soundproof, the curtains are not light-blocking, and the singing downstairs is still going on at 11:30
