Ginza Capital Hotel Akane Reviews

Great location with good eateries nearby and train just a stone away. Small room but acceptable in Ginza area. Amenities a bit on the low side.

The front desk staff could converse in English so that was a big plus. The room though small, was comfortable. Location was good. Within a short walk to Tsukiji subway station.

We booked a triple room , it is a bit small but understandable for the price. Our air conditioning is not so cold so we opened the window. Location is near tsukiji market, a Lawson beside it , family mart across, a supermarket and some restaurant neary.

Ginza Capital Akane was a great value-for-money accommodation. It is a little dated, the pillows are a little firmer than I'd like, and the airconditioning/heating doesn't work particularly well, but these were minor inconveniences. The hotel was clean, and the breakfasts were more than decent. It is also walking distance from the nearest station and a number of convenience stores.

We got the room that was bigger than the average room. The hotel is clean. The location was great too. The subway Just the opposite of the hotel and very near to Tsukiji subway station. Very near to ginza area. There are 3 convenient store nearby, 1 just beside the hotel. We are from Indonesia, and were very lucky to meet the Indonesian’ receptiont, she was very kind. And the japanese receptiont were very helpful too. They let us keep our luggage at the reception before the check in time. Its a wonderful stay! Very recommended and will be back for sure :)

1) I stayed for 6 days and 5 nights with breakfast, and there were only 3 fixed selection items everyday. However, I felt a bit bored on the third day. If it can be changed to buffet or semi-buffet is much better, there will be more choices. 2) The toothbrush provided by the hotel has a very hard brush head, and the enamel on the teeth will be brushed off even with the slightest force. The gums will also bleed. And the tooth paste is difficult to squeeze out. There is also a smell in the bathroom, which requires tape water for more than 10 minutes before it subsides. 3) The electric kettle only ha a small capacity and cannot be reheated continuously. If you want to have cup noodles as a late night snack, you cannot handle 1 large, or even 2 small portions at the same time. Overall it's good. Clean with convenient transportation. It takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the subway entrance, and 15-20 minutes to Tsukiji Market and Ginza.

The room is small, and it doesn't have a humidifier. After a long night breathing air from the air conditioner would let us become very dry. The location is very good that is close to Tsujiki and has 2 metro lines.

The service is no comments, very friendly and respectful staffs. The woman at the reception is amazing. The hotel Very clean and located at the heart of the city. I highly recommend.

Very convenient hotel 300m from Tsukiji station and 850m to the market I stayed twice on this trip after been to somewhere and stayed over for next flight Japanese breakfast set was good

Everything was good! The hotel is next to the metro, everyday cleaning was at the high level, breakfasts are delicious and diverse, receptionists are kind and welcoming. Thanks

The qualities of your staffs are quite different so the offer services varies so it depends we bump into a good or less smart ones!!!!

Very easy access location. Few type metro subway station nearby with walking distance. Room a bit compact but for solo traveler like me only need a bed to sleep, is good enough. Their breakfast choice have 3, all nice and good portion, staff are friendly. Many convenience shop like family mart, Lawson around. Tsukiji market with walking distance. Receptions staff also good hospitality, greet to guests all the time.
