Definitely, the place is very near with the station and very quiet at night. It has a good space, I have one big luggage and a small one i could open both of them at the same time. The room will have a shampoo and body soap, towels also.

For accommodation in Japan, Tokyo Hiwa is very spacious.
There is a washing machine inside. If the weather is good, you can dry clothes on the top floor.
You can also cook in the room! very convenient

The location is good, it's a small hotel converted from a building, there is a private bathroom but it smells bad, I don't know where the smell comes from... It doesn't work even if I keep turning on the fan. I wanted to ask the staff but it was too late and I couldn't find anyone. I stayed for one night and left quickly. I was very disappointed, but this is the cheapest hotel I can book in Obon

Large room with part (tatami and futon) and we slept well
Just downside: no one at reception and not easy to check in, in short a little stress on arrival
