The equipment is excellent and my family is very satisfied. I will choose to stay here again next time I go to Tokyo. It has a kitchen, a washing machine, and the mid-air folding single bed is excellent. It's great.

I chose a place with tatami mats because I have a child, but the bedding was not very clean~~ I am satisfied with the other amenities. I think I will choose a different location next time.

My first time staying in a B&B, the experience was not very good. The location is remote and there is no convenience store nearby. I booked a bed for five people, but there were only pillows and quilts for four people. Hygiene is acceptable.

The hotel is quite a walk from the train station so it’s not very convenient. Location is in a quiet neighborhood. No hotel staff and you will have to follow instructions for online check-in. However, video call is available if guests need to talk to a staff. Nonetheless, it’s quite impersonal and thus there was no impact in terms of service experience. Rooms are spacious, complete with washing machine, tub, amenities. We booked a room for 3 persons. When we entered the room, only 2 beds were set up, the 3rd bed which was a sofa bed was not set up. We were told that we need to be the one to put the sheets on the sofa bed. Not a very good experience. Overall, we would prefer to stay in a hotel will hotel staff.
