The location is good and it's easy to use.
The lack of parking is a bit of a problem, but you can park in the basement of the Washington Hotel. (1,900 yen for 24 hours)
The noise outside was pretty bad, but the soundproofing is good so it's not a problem.
You can hear the sounds from the hallway.
The bathroom is a bit small, but the bed is large and comfortable.
There are a lot of staff and they are very helpful.

I had a decent stay, but the mattress was way too hard and the pillow was even worse. It sounded like a plastic pillow and was hard as well. Great coin laundry though on the same floor I was on (10th floor).

Typically cosy room for Shinjuku but comfortable and with everything you need. Lovely staff at reception. The location is quite a walk from the station which was tough arriving with heavy bags but when we checked out we used the bus which stops right out front and takes you direct to Shinjuku station.
