In terms of the ‘hard product’ this may be the best value hotel I’ve ever stayed in, I was genuinely shocked at how wonderful it was and for such a low price. The room and bathroom were flawless and spotlessly clean, to the same standard as any international brand 5 star hotel and far exceeding any expectations I had. The outdoor swimming pool was a very welcome relief from the summer heat and humidity. Despite this, I did feel the service wasn’t to the same standard as the hotel. I had a negative experience when checking in, and with a phone call from the hotel in the following days, that, unfortunately, left a very sour taste in my mouth. I was also surprised that there was no one on the service desk of the pool and spa area to show us to the changing rooms or offer us any towels for swimming. This being said, I would stay here again in an instant and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tongren.

I am very satisfied with the room and hotel staff. The room is spacious, bright and clean. The breakfast is delicious, with noodles and two kinds of whistles to choose from. The facilities are complete. There is also a 24-hour laundry room, which is very convenient. The staff can also help to deliver the washed clothes to the room. When you check out, you can store your luggage for free in the lobby. In short, I am very satisfied with my stay!

Good facilities in a renovated complex. Literally next to the bus terminal. Unfortunately our trip to fanjingshan could not happen because of weather. Only one washing machine and dryer though for guests.

Excellent hotel. Room was very big, nice design, had a great view and very clean. All facilities were great, and especially loved having a washing machine in the room, super useful. Location is perfect, right next to train station, 5 minutes walk from the bus station (to get to Fanjing Mountain), and plenty of places to eat nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. The building houses multiple hotels, so once you're outside there's a sign saying which floor to go to for each hotel. Great value stay.
