Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch sehr höflich im Umgang und immer hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer werden täglich aufgeräumt, täglicher Austausch der Handtücher. Sauberes Hotel. Die Lage des Hotels für uns perfekt gewesen! Mit dem Auto vieles gut erreichbar. Das Speisen im Hotel eigenen Restaurant (GoTa) sehr zu empfehlen, unglaublich lecker. Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr umfangreich, von herzhaft bis süß alles dabei, sogar eigene Kreationen für einen Smoothie möglich. Täglich frisches Obst vorhanden. Was fehlt ist ein Mülleimer im Zimmer und vielleicht ein größerer Spiegel, aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten!

Soggiorno ottimo, personale accogliente e disponibile. Le camere pulitissime, anche tra una notte e l’altra, servizio impeccabile. Postazione ottima per visitare il lago a piedi. Tabacchino, supermercati, bar a portata di mano. Posto magico per visitare il lago di Garda, anche nei dintorni. Da rifare!!

Hotel carino ma andrebbe migliorato: finestre che danno sulla strada non insonorizzate e spifferi dursnte la notte. Ristorante hotel disorganizzato, attesa per le portate molto lunghe da snervarsi e personale, ahimè, mi spiace dirlo poco attento al cliente: ho dovuto ricordare più volte, a distanza di 5 minuti eh, le pietanze scelte e nonostante ciò c'è stato un gran caos. Spero migliorino il servizio.

Hotel a 4 passi dalle sponde del lago di Garda, a pochi minuti da Riva, Limone, Arco ecc ecc. Parcheggio coperto. Camere ultra pulite, spaziose e con ogni confort. Personale giovane dinamico e attento ad ogni dettaglio (un ringraziamento particolare per tutto quello fatto per il giorno del mio compleanno!). Ristorante alla carta di qualità, bella spa. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!Tutto

Ein schönes, gepflegtes und sauberes Hotel. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und von guter Qualität. Negativ ist, dass Hunde auch in den Frühstücksraum dürfen.

Lage, Preis-Leistung, Ausstattung top ! Personal überaus zuvorkommend Wir waren nicht zum 1. Mal hier und sicher auch nicht zum letzten mal ! Wir kommen wieder ! Der Gardasee ist im eine Reise wert ! Speziell im Herbst wenn es schon etwas ruhiger ist !
