I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was convenient, and the facilities were well maintained. The service exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

I booked a standard double room for four nights. Upon check-in, a very overweight white man assigned me to a special corner room. The window was tiny, and the carpet smelled awful. When I realized it wasn't what I booked, I went to the front desk to ask for the standard room I reserved. They tried to give me special corner rooms four times, which was incredibly frustrating! He made me go up and down multiple times! The overweight white man kept insisting that all they had were these kinds of rooms, and the type I booked was unavailable, and that he couldn't upgrade me. I wasn't asking for an upgrade; I just wanted the standard room I had booked! After an hour of arguing, he reluctantly gave me the standard room I had reserved. Turns out, they did have those rooms, and most of the hotel's rooms were that exact type! It was so annoying how he kept trying to downgrade my reservation! I didn't get to check in until 2 AM! Picture 2 is the room type I booked, but he kept trying to give me the one in Picture 1. I'm so angry and speechless! On top of that, most of the pillows in the hotel smelled bad!

The hotel environment and location were decent, but I'm truly speechless about the parking fee. We confirmed multiple times with the front desk if there would be a parking charge, and they said no. We parked for 4 days, only to find our credit card charged CAD 55 per day for parking after check-out. If there was a fee, they should have been clear about it. We could have used a much cheaper public parking lot nearby. To be charged after the fact and then told parking isn't free – this kind of communication is just frustrating! However, I must say that Trip.com's service is genuinely excellent and deserves praise. After I complained, they tried to communicate with the hotel, and when that didn't resolve the issue, they automatically covered half the cost, reducing our losses. I will definitely stick to booking through Trip.com in the future. Other apps might be cheaper, but they just shirk responsibility when problems arise – I've experienced it firsthand.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately made us feel at ease. During the Christmas period, the hotel even offered complimentary hot chocolate and churros, which was such a lovely festive touch and really added to the atmosphere. The facilities were excellent. There is a 24-hour gym, which is very convenient, and the swimming pool stays open until 10pm or 11pm depending on the day. Towels are also provided at the pool, so you do not need to bring your own, which is always appreciated. Overall, the staff were warm and attentive, and the hotel had a genuinely welcoming and festive atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My stay at this hotel was the best experience I've had in Toronto. It's right in the absolute city center, making it super convenient for landmarks and shopping. A Chinese guy at the front desk was especially welcoming; even though I arrived very late, he proactively arranged a high-floor, quiet room for me and gave me plenty of water, which made me feel really warm and cared for. It's a shame I was only there for the weekend and spent most of my time out exploring, so I didn't get to enjoy the hotel as much as I would have liked. I'll definitely be back next time!

Location Location Location! Right beside Eaton Centre with many restaurants nearby. Check-in was smooth and was able to request higher floor. No free breakfast so lounge pass is highly recommended and the food is great with many choices throughout the day. Room was decent and clean.

I stayed here for 2 days, and this hotel was much better than the Hilton I stayed at afterward. The only downside was the bed, which was 1.3m compared to Hilton's 1.5m. However, everything from the front desk service to the check-out time was significantly better than the Hilton. Highly recommended!

The location is super convenient! It's just a couple of blocks from the large T&T supermarket and a 3-minute walk to the massive Eaton Centre mall. The room itself is spacious, tidy, and clean.

Pretty good. The hotel's side entrance leads directly to the Eaton Centre, just a 1-minute walk down a small path. Breakfast options were a bit limited.

The hotel is quite nice and very close to the Eaton Centre. The only issue was that my room key didn't work for the executive lounge during the first few days, which led to a long wait for breakfast.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at globally. The facilities are 20 years outdated. I can't believe they use a bedsheet as a duvet cover. Breakfast was also incredibly basic.
