What a lovely hotel! It is a bit far from the center of Tralee, but a short taxi ride away. You can walk around the grounds- be sure to see the beehives! The food is excellent- and breakfast is included in your room charge. The service is very good. There are little seating nooks in the lobby where you can enjoy a cup of tea and just read. They have bicycles for your use as well. The rooms are large and well furnished. I enjoyed my stay there immensely!

The Ballygarry is a gem. Padraig has continued the family tradition of first class hospitality. We stayed to celebrate a wedding anniversary, which we had at the Ballygarry many moons ago. From the minute you arrive you are greeted with a warmth and friendliness you don’t get consistently in many other hotels. Everybody goes out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as humanly possible. The estate is beautiful inside and out. It exudes relaxed comfort. The food is first class in both restaurant and brasserie. The rooms are luxurious again in terms of comfort.

Nice clean room, staff were extremely helpful and accomodating We had an issue with plugs in our room and was sorted within minutes. Spa was lovely, views from the hot tub are fantastic. Food in the bar was lovely, was very busy during our stay so a reservation is highly recommend if you intend on dining in the hotel

Such a beautiful hotel. The grounds and scenery are breathtaking. A wonderful atmosphere as soon as you enter. We went for dinner on this occasion. My father is in a wheelchair and Kay greeted us with a big smile and could not do enough to help. She supported us when trying to find a good location for my dad, she was friendly and helpful. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. Thank you Kay and all the staff for everything.

Not my favorite place we stayed but perfectly fine. Busy and seem to be popular., we just wanted something a bit less like a hotel..and bathroom was dated. But again it was perfectly fine.

This hotel has a very special place in our hearts. Our most recent trip would make it our 7th visit over the last 7 years. But this one tops them all as this was the hotel we chose to have our weeklong minimoon just after we got married. To start, the staff are simply incredible. They somehow knew about our recent celebration and congratulated us in such a warm and welcoming manor. This set the tone for the trip. The room was to an impeccable standard and as we entered the staff had left a lovely card with a message congratulating us. This was also next to a plate of cookies (which were naturally devoured of course). The bar/bistro is one our favourite spots in this hotel as not only is the food of the highest quality but also because the staff working there are some of the nicest people you will meet. I need to give such a big mention to Nuala, Kay and Donal for making both of us laugh out loud but also making us feel so at home. Donal we thank you for the complimentary glass of Prosecco, Kay for telling us all about your two lovely Westie dogs and Nuala for always asking how our day was. You all made our stay so much more than just a regular hotel break. This place deserves every bit of success it gets and we are already in the process of booking our one year anniversary there for 2025. This hotel cant be recommended enough.

Probably the best hotel stay ever!!!! I can only say this hotel trumps anywhere I've stayed before. Cleanliness is foremost. You can smell the Cleanliness. We were there for a family wedding. The food was five star 🌟 The staff, from arrival on check in to the bedroom staff, bar staff, and of course the Spa. It's easy to see how much you care for your staff, it reflects on the way they treat your customers. Always a smile on their face and nothing is too much bother. The highlight for me was my treatment at Naduir Spa I was so relaxed and comfortable with my therapist Carolina, I felt like a million dollars leaving . Carolina is very good at what she does and she is also very knowledgeable about the products and services provided and was happy to recommend various products for my skin. Overall an absolute treat for us to visit your hotel. I would describe it as a home from home. Thank you and we will be back.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough, we got married there at the weekend and to say the staff and hotel are amazing does not do it justice. We felt like the only people in the hotel there was that much attention given to us. Our guest were in awe of food, service and the warmth you received 5 star from us
