We stayed 1 week in this residence as part of the Dialysis program by Mucaria. Mucaria booked this appartment for us presumably as partners. Everything went well during check in as we arrived around 9pm. Upon official check in the following day, we were informed by Giancarlo that cleaning would have additional charges but he would see to it that we get towels etc. I see that this residence has a very good reviews on *********** about cleanliness etc. However, i want to disprove this by showing pictures of our Room Nr 3 ĺocated at the ground floor. The room has a a second floor where the bedroom is. If you are 1.7 meters tall you would bump your head on the ceiling. It is like staying in an attic. Moreover, the unit has no windows. Debris material was falling on the stairs and the sofa everyday presumably this unit was recently renovated. The bathroom seems to have been renovated as well as you see signs of tube fittings still protruding on the barthroom walls which should have been removed. The shower cannot be adjusted and there are signs of moulds. Giancarlo, the gentleman at the reception, was really helpful as reviewed by other guests. However, there is one incident, where he shouted at my wife for taking a roll of toilet paper from the cleaner's trolley without asking for permission. According to my wife nobody was there, so she simply got one, like what we sometimes do when staying in hotels. We paid for this items and they cost nothing. Giancarlo saw her and shouted at my wife despite my wife having already apologised. I find this behaviour of Giancarlo to be very rude and ungentlemanly considering the medical condition of my wife and that we are guests of this residence. My wife's only fault was she did not ask for permission, but Giancarlo's reaction was unacceptable. I noticed, too, how particular this residence is for money and profit. I know that we had a special price since the booking was done by Mucaria but I donot know what kind of arrangement they have. Giancarlo, was asking for 30 euros for cleaning and 35 euros for extension of checkout to 1540H or about 4 hours. According to Mucaria it is only 30 euros when I talked to Giancarlo he insisted it was 35 Euros. So I paid without any argument but what was questionable is that I did not get an official receipt?????? My wife already gave all the feedbacks to Mucaria and I hope Mucaria will no longer use this residence for their guests. This is a very objective review of our stay in the residence.
