Welcoming was excellent, reception Teams were very helpful. Food were excellent and very tasty good selection of food. Sachin and his Team in restaurant were superb .They were very attentive to details .Service were excellent . Mr Burjoo the GM of the hotel was superb.He meets his Guests and He make sure that we are all happy during our stay.That make the difference of this hotel. Hat's off to you Mr Burjoo. We will definitely come again and recommend this hotel to our friend and family.

Really thanks of all the teams of the receptionist aftab and tachita and anil and others very helpful and professional and chef vinay and vicky and Jennifer and Sachin and others, great service and delicious food fresh, I really enjoyed the evening Sega on Saturday it's was so fantastic Also general manager of the hotel was very supportive and helpful I had wonderful time for this two weeks See you again 2025

Équipe souriante et sympathique. Petit déjeuner correct avec omelette à la commande, bananes, crêpes… Chambre propres, matelas bien aussi. Nuits calmes jusqu’à 5 - 6 heures du matin. Après, avec la route principale devant, impossible de dormir. Voiture ou taxis indispensables pour visiter. Plages à quelques mètres, il faut marcher 500 mètres plus loin pour le sable blanc et la mer turquoise. Fabuleux. Hôtel Familial. Prix très abordables à côté des resorts de luxe à proximité. En revanche, par expérience, les deux piscines ne sont pas suffisamment traitées au chlore, à éviter pour les personnes sensibles aux bactéries. Taux de chlorine trop bas (tests emmenés avec nous suite avis négatif d’un client en 2023). Culturel ici ?

Personnels très agréable et réactifs. Bouilloire inutilisable remplacée 15' après le signalement, même chose pour l'éclairage sur le palier de l'étage. Une mention spciale pour la dame du petit-déjeuner à la cuisson des oeufs, particulièrement adorable. Revoir les cocktails, dans lesquels on cherche le rhum...Place agréable à proximité, 2 clubs de plongées à côté , arêt de bus pour aller vers port Louis ou Grand Baie devant l'hôtel. Possibilité de changer de l'argent à l'hôtel. Institut de massage à côté agréable. Le matelas du lit était moyen, affaissé sur le côté, à retourner ou remplacer peut-être...

Nous avons passé des vacances magnifiques à l'ile Maurice et cet hôtel y est pour beaucoup. Le personnel est extraordinaire, d'une gentillesse comme rarement vue. Les chambres sont très bien et tous les locaux sont propres, nettoyés tous les jours. les petits déjeuners et les diners (nous étions en demi-pension) sont vraiment savoureux et variés. Un grand merci à toutes et tous d'avoir rendu nos vacances mémorables.
