L'accueil par téléphone puis sur place par Victor fut bienveillant, professionnel et chaleureux. Victor a par exemple compris que je préférais prendre mon petit-déjeuner dans la salle. La literie est irréprochable et la chambre très bien chauffée ce qui est plus qu'appréciable en hiver. L'hôtel est calme et bien situé. Ce fut un séjour très agréable. Je recommande vivement le Trouville !

Nous avons passé un excellent moment. La chambre était bien décorée er très confortable avec une literie au top. L'emplacement est privilégié. Mention spéciale pour Romane à la réception qui est très accueillante professionnelle et attentionnée.

Pas terrible
Hôtel très mal situé,impossible de se garer,nous avons dû nous garer à 1km de l hôtel avec nos valises à la main, les nuits sont horribles avec les chants des mouettes ,pas de clim non plus.....

Treasure Trove in Trouville
I received an excellent and very warm welcome. Mary greeted me and made sure everything was to my satisfaction and offered to carry my bags to my room (which was on the second floor and only accessible by a spiral staircase).
The room was in excellent condition and very clean and tidy.
I had a continental breakfast which was well presented and more than adequate (in quality and quantity).
I came by car and I found parking was easily available in the surrounding streets.
In all I was very impressed with the hotel which has real character and wouid seek to use it again when I travel to Trouville.
The staff were very friendly and made me feel very welcome and treated me as a "special" person and not as "just another guest".
I found Trouville to be a quiet attractive town and whilst a resort in its own rights is a great place to stay if visiting Normandy and has easy access to the D Day beaches and Caen.
A wonderful and enjoyable stay.

L'hôtel est charmant et confortable, très bien situé, le petit déjeuner est délicieux (confitures de la grand mère..) . On peut même profiter du garage sur réservation, un luxe à Trouville. L'accueil souriant et chaleureux de Victor vous donne envie d'y revenir, ce que nous ferons dès que possible ..

Hôtel idéalement situé à deux pas de la plage et près des commerces. Très calme. Accueil chaleureux, avec beaucoup de gentillesse. La chambre était spacieuse très confortable avec une belle vue sur la chapelle. J ai suivi les conseils de randonnées et de restaurants : ce furent de belles découvertes. Un grand merci pour ce séjour.

Excellent (accueil - propreté - petit déjeuner). Merci à Victor - Romane Le temps n’était pas au beau fixe mais nous avons pu visiter. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir ! Un petit bémol : le stationnement des véhicules . Bonne continuation.

Très bon accueil par Victor qui nous a contacté par message avant notre arrivée. Nous avons ainsi pu prendre possession de la chambre avant l'heure " officielle". Chambre décorée avec soin et propre. Hôtel très bien situé (à la fois proche du centre ville et de la superbe plage de Trouville. J' y retournerai sans hésitation.

L’hôtel est bien situé et dans l’ensemble plutôt confortable, l’ambiance est au cocooning avec une petite déco soignée. Les confitures maison et le gâteau moelleux aux pommes en autres sont bien agréables au petit déjeuner. Pour finir l’accueil est chaleureux tout au long du séjour
