Stay here was good, a lot of expats working there and claiming the place a little bit. Besides that the location was ok. There is a lot of construction going on in the area.

Hôtel agréable et bien placé car nous avions notre véhicule. A pied cela aurait été plus délicat... + chambre spacieuse, grand salon et coin cuisine agréable. Espace extérieur plaisant avec la piscine. Possibilité de laver et sécher son linge. Salle de sport. Personnel agréable. Parking gratuit et surveillé. Très bon rapport qualité prix. - Manque un peu de propreté. La gestion de l'hôtel ne se fait qu'à distance, le personnel sur place ne gère pas grand chose et renvoie toute question à l'intermédiaire de location. Exemple : notre safe box ne fonctionnait pas, ils ne pouvaient pas gérer...

Definitely pretty hotel, calm and peaceful environment, plenty of parking spots available inside the hotel , nice pool, wonderful service at the pool, cute interior, big bathroom. Cons: The neighborhood was really dirty and the road was super bumpy, it took us 5-10 min of driving to get to the hotel from the main street. The room was dusty and that was the worst thing during our stay. Also, when we booked the hotel they mention that you would get some $ credit that could be used in the hotel, but when we checked in, they said that it's not an option!!! We never understood the reason that it’s being written in the description!

We stayed 4 nights and had a great stay. The rooms and especially the pool look exactly like the pictures and are stunning. Our stay was quiet in terms of other guests as the hotel is not 100% up and running yet (no in-house restaurant and gym but were offered to use the facilities of the neighboring hotel) which we loved as we had the huge pool all to ourselves :-). You should be aware that the area around the hotel (Aldea Zama) is separated from the "center" by an area that you should not walk through at night - so you have to rely on (expensive) cabs or a car to get around at night - not the responsibility of the hotel, but an issue of many areas in Tulum to be aware of!

Really nice journey with friends, good welcome and staff is available when you need something. I recommend this place for people comming to tulum. The only thing is that the road in front of the hotel is not really good.

Excellent hotel, beautiful location, has all the services one can expect from a hotel of such caliber. The service has been spectacular, they answer all the questions and problems you may have. Special mention for Andrés, the manager, has attended to us personally. We will return with pleasure.

Everything is pretty. A new hotel. There are still few tourists but it is clear that they will be in great demand later on. All facilities are spacious and well decorated. At a good price for the sector because it is still new. They took great care of us. Totally recommended. Consider riding a bike or taxi to go to the beach or downtown area 💫
