Hotel Blanco Tulum

I stayed in Hotel Blanco Tulum for my bithday and I had an amazing time!! Hotel was clean, the room had AC and was right the way I wanted it. The staff was really nice and accomodating. They made a very nice surprise for me on my day and they added a very personal touch. The bartender, Lucas, made very good drinks ant the pool was very relaxing. As a solo woman traveler I felt safe and it's a very important aspect of my trip. I struggled a little with communicating with the staff since I am not fluent in spanish.

Playa Paraiso
It is right next to tulum ruins (10 min walk). This is within the national parc region and very calm. If you are looking for a party place, It is not the best location. But, Peace seekers and travellers who just want to enjoy beautiful tulum beach; This is PERFECT. The staff and hospitality is amazing.

Playa Paraiso
My partner and I loved our stay here at the Mezzanine. The King Suite was magnificent and comfortable. We were taken care of from the moment we walked up with our luggage. Special thanks to Liz and David at the front for their kindness and recommendations. We felt so safe all during our stay and enjoyed delicious food and drinks at the restaurant. Samuel is so sweet at the restaurant. Everyone was so nice and the service was fabulous! I would recommend this to anyone wanting to go to Tulúm. I love that the hotel is in the quiet part of Tulum by the national park. More of a relaxing experience than party. Thank you Mezzanine for our stay!

Playa Paraiso
We've been for only 2 days at the Diamante K. It is located directly and the beach and a reaaallly beautiful resort. The bungalows are pretty small and don't have AC but a vent and the vent was rly good. We booked a bungalow with a shared bathroom and everything was completely fine and clean. Just that you know, you pay more for the location at the beach than the room itself, I think it would be a little bit expensive if it wouldn't be at the beach. There are free yoga classes every morning and you get conditioner and after sun and water. All the staff was rly friendly. We have been there in June 2023 and the sea**** is really not that bad. They have some ppl who carry it away from time to time but you have more sea**** if you go to Greece in summer. The only thing we found a lit bit annoying is that you have to pay every time you eat or drink something in the resort and if you eat sth at the beach and then go to the toilette for a minute but leave all your staff at the beach, they immediately ask you when and how you pay and follow you. You have to pay a deposit of 150 USD in the beginning and I think it is a little bit over the top to then follow the guests because of a 10€ meal when they go to the toilette for a sec. Maybe either way just come with the receipt directly or sign the bill and pay it when you check out. But besides that, pretty beautiful!

Since you're looking for a hotel ........................ ”I'd stay here again.” My 'reservations' reflect my own priorities, which might not be yours. Mainly that we wanted a hotel with a pool. Wish Tulum has one, and it's nice. But they have no shade, nor umbrella's, nor overhangs, so we could only stop at it briefly, on the way to and from our room. Couldn't 'hang out' at the pool. Our room had no cabinets, dressers, shelves, so storage/unpacking was a challenge. Bathroom is really small. Tulum Town is still 'walkable,' but those extra blocks add up if you do it a few times a day. We were in Room 33, which had a nice jungle view. I think it would be advisable to be as far away from the main road as we were. Hotel is clean, no shortage of hot water, room has a safe (which I find very important), staff is very helpful. Found Wish Tulum to be a pleasant and cost effective stay.
