Beautiful, very modern hotel, we stayed for 4 nights on Full Board for a snowmobile safari tour, booked with Lynne’s World Of Travel. The double room was immaculate with fantastic floor to ceiling picture window, giving incredible views, which we were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights from. The room was always a nice warm temperature. Lovely and hot shower with modern contemporary fittings. Food was of an exceptional quality. Staff all very friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Wonderful location in Kilpisjärvi, just a short walk from supermarket, bar/cafe. Amazing walks directly from the hotel around the Saana Fell. Would return in a heart beat.

What a fantastic experience! We stayed for 4 nights at Hetta hotel in bungalow A. The bungalows are located opposite main hotel building. They are spacious, lovely and warm. Nice hot shower, everything needed to self cater if you wish - kettle, toaster, oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave. Food at the hotel is outstanding, there's always something for the children (e.g. chicken nuggets and chips) and a special diet section too. Water available at meal times or drinks payable at the bar (to give an idea most beers and spirits are around €8 per glass). The staff are fantastic and make the stay extra special. Oli, jinglebobs, dasher dan, gingerbread Gina, Christmas cookie katie - you're all amazing, so hard working, and made our stay so special - thankyou!! Taster sessions are perfect 👌 such a magical day! We did the snowmobile excursion over the lake which was awesome! The village is a 15 min walk there's a supermarket and a few souvenir shops. The sledging slopes are 5 min walk in opposite direction and there's a lovely visitors centre with cafe there to warm up in. We were lucky enough to see the Northern lights twice too, such a fantastic experience we'll never forget! Great stay at crazy reindeer , location perfect , 5 min walk into town , food really good and amazing staff . Special mention to jingle bell Jas and Jade , they were so talented and worked non stop to entertain adults & kids

Still at the Snow Princess on a 4 night stay. Surprisingly decent. Yes rooms are dated, stairs very steep. Looking back on previous reviews these points have been mentioned numerous times and mgt have said hope to get a renovation soon, 10 yrs down the line looks like it's still considering it. Saying the it was clean, room for 5 was small, our room was a riot with clothes everywhere. Would b good if there was somewhere you vould hang your snow suits on properly. Shower wasn't the best, luke warm. Downstairs reception area was lovely, rustic and upstairs dining area lovely too, very large room with floor to ceiling with windows and found it very cold to eat in. High ceiling won't help so wrap up when going in there. Food decent I thought, was expect it worse, food was warm, soups lovely. Food was fine abit repetitive but warm wholesome so you left full. Kids choice poor though, chips n nuggets. Sledging outside the hotel isn't great, get yourself on the ski bus timetable at reception get yourself to the northside of the fell, sledging is fab and next to the is the ski slopes. Outside the hotel turn left walk down t junction turn left then you'll see the small shopping centre, large reindeer then further another shopping mall go outside there you can find the lake along with the swing. Ensure you stay inside the poles on the lake to walk safely. So tiring with all the gear on but worth it, so it's a heavy day. Don't over pack we ended up wearing most of our clothes most days as there clean. Brought 2 cases what a waste as only changing undies etc.

Would like to give a higher rating as we had a wonderful 3 night trip to Levi but accommodation was disappointing. When booking through Tui it was not clear that we were not staying in the hotel. Was a 10 minute walk away from the main hotel, across a road, which was inconvenient as one adult with a young child in snowy conditions. When I asked if anything could be done was told a straight no by the receptionist. No Wi-Fi or internal phone to call the hotel in our apartment. Was very basic and more suited to self catering. Sauna did not work, and on our second day had no hot water for a shower. Shower leaked and soaked the bathroom floor. Was opposite a garage/supermarket so felt quite lonely and not part of the hotel complex. Was unsure the door locked properly when inside so had to put a chair and table against it to feel more secure. Friends were staying in the main hotel and had a much nicer and convenient room. Had to try to explain to my child why we did not have decorations and Christmas lights in our accommodation like them. Positive things are great location for the town and ski/sledging slope, good breakfast buffet, friendly staff. Would love to visit Levi again but unlikely to return to this hotel or book with Tui.

Very satisfied, every time I go on a business trip, I will stay in this hotel! The sauna is very nice! The breakfast is also very rich! The hotel is on the mountain, and the ski resort is just outside the hotel! Great views from the mountains!
