Отдыхали семьей. По приезду учли наши пожелания по размещению в номерах, дали номера рядом, оба номера семейные, двухкомнатные с видом на море. Сразу подключили вайфай. Носильщик доставил чемоданы в номера. Мини бар был наполнен, в нем все бесплатно, должен пополнятся каждый день но до нас добирались два раза всего. Уборки в номерах нет совсем. Во второй день оставили денег клинингу, денег взяли, выбросили мусор и аккуратно заправили кровати, на этом всё. В итоге боролись с уборщицей до конца отпуска. Наверное, это самое неприятное из всего отпуска. Питание: большой выбор еды, читала отзывы и переживала из за отзывов об очередях по 20 минут. По факту такого вообще не было, хотя по словам администратора отель был загружен на 100%. Места хватало всем, еды тоже, никаких ротовирусов и испорченной еды, как писали выше. Все вкусно, чисто. Единственное, завтрак заканчивается в 10.00 (ну это только моя проблема, тк каждую ночь мы засиживались до утра), но в брошюре отеля указано до 11.00, вообщем если будете отдыхать, заранее вставайте на завтрак. Но в отеле столько еды, что остаться голодным нереально. Рестораны АляКарт Китайский вообще ни о чем, средиземноморский очень понравился. Есть небольшой тренажерный зал, там же хамам и бассейн, все в шаговой доступности на территории отеля, можно потренироваться, искупаться и сразу не выходя из здания поплавать в бассейне. Всегда плавала там одна, тк остальные предпочитали бассейны на улице. В тему бассейнов, их я насчитала 6 на территории отеля, 1 большой находится в самом центре, на нем находится площадка для дискотек и шоу, вокруг него жилые корпусы и рестораны, вторы бассейн в 100 метрах от первого, прохладный, но имеет горки, очень классные!!!третий бассейн еще в 100 метрах от второго, тихий, спокойный, для «чила и рассалабона». Все горки на территории работают до 16.00. Если выйти из отеля и пройти через подземный переход (весь путь 1-2 минуты) то вы попадаете в аквапарк, слева от входа огромная детская площадка, подвесная канатная качель, прыгалки, лазилки,скалодром. Далее вас ждёт детский бассейн для самых маленьких, вода теплая, по колено, и сразу рядом комплекс для детей на воде, аквагорки, разные лазилки все построено одним комплексом, напротив еще одна детская площадка крытая, в дару очень хорошо укрываются от солнца. И два взрослых бассейна, один просто, для поплавать и полежать на лежаках и второй с горками, с крутыми горками! Так же на территории аквапарка свое кафе, где можно полноценно поесть, овощи, фрукты, мороженое, бургеры, айран, курица много всего. Иногда мы не уходили на обед и кушали там. Так же в отеле есть детское кафе мороженое. Снег бар так же отличная возможность перекусить, там для вас могу приготовить пиццу, повар очень классный дядька, добрый. Если вы прилетит ночью или засидитесь в баре, главный ресторан открыт всегда и вы можете придти и покушать там суп, бутерброды и тд Пляж, очень маленький, лежаков не хватает, но мы не привередливые, спокойно сидели на песке и играл

Ekim 10 da tatil yaptık Karşılama, hizmet, çalışanların garsonlar ilgisi ***et iyiydi.. Aqua park harika ve havuzlar yeterli, plaj ve deniz çok güzel, İncekum plajında otelin alanı mevcut Açık büfe çeşitleri ızgara ve lezzet fena değil, yeterliydi. Agua parkta ve havuz kenarlarında gözleme pizza meyve döner her saat vardı Aile oteli konseptinde ama çok sıkıcı değildi, çocuklar için aktiviteler yeterli. Odalar , restoranlar temizdi ve her gün temizleniyodu bı isteğin olduğu an yardımcı oldular . Genel olarak memnun kaldık ins seneye tekrar gitmeyi düşünüyoruz

Tesis ilk önce bakıldığı zaman küçükmüş gibi görünüyor fakat tam bir fiyat oteli ve yeterince büyük bana göre. Kısaca sorunları belirtmek istiyorum. Restoran olarak ideal büyüklükte fakat mutfak olarak büfe biraz sebze ağırlıklı 4 günde sürekli tavuk hindi ve balık ızgara dan başka birşey görmedim desem yeridir... Barda çalışan murat ve Osman kardeşime çok çok teşekkür ederim güler yüzünden ve ilgisinden dolayı... Uzun süre F&B geçmişim oldu Osman kardeşim tam otelcilik sektörü için harika bir adam bence... Ona keza mutfakta çalışan beni sabahları omletsiz bırakmayan Necla ablam ve snack restorandaki gözlemeci ablama çoook teşekkür ederim. Çok fazla birşey değil F&B için günün selamları ve biraz tebessüm kötü giden küçük şeyleri kapatmaya yetecektir sadece. Unutmayalım ki otelin vitrini F&B dir. There is a lot to do in this hotel especially for kids. They have day time and entertainment. The staff and guests at this hotel really let it down, from the moment we arrived we were made to feel uncomfortable, it really seemed like people had no manners. During our stay we barely had one friendly conversation, people either avoided eye contact or just stared at you… not even a smile. The food is repetitive and cold, it’s rice and meat in sauce or chips every meal time, although we did find food to fill us for each meal. The alcoholic drinks are made very strong and don’t taste nice at all. A lot of people had issues with their rooms including ourselves. Ours was resolved the next day but I don’t think his was the case for other guests. Rooms are basic, the maids cleaned but not every day, they need to invest in their rooms to meet 5 star standards of a hotel. There is a walkway to the beach at the back of the hotel, our son loved it. It’s a shame they only have a small space and fill too much of it up with sun-beds. There isn’t enough room for the children to play. The other side of the hotel is really good there are a few parks. Sports facilities and more pools and water slides. This closed on the 21st of October which we wasn’t told before our holiday. People put towels on the sun-beds by the pool and beach before breakfast by the time you get there you’re dragging your kids around with no where to go while beds have towels but we’re unoccupied. I don’t think this should be allowed. We paid the same as everybody else and people reserve beds all day when they aren’t even there. Overall we had a nice Holiday, there is plenty of things to do in the hotel and there is a lot of nice relaxing areas all around the hotel. The location is a bit secluded there’s nothing in walking distance other than shops selling bags and clothes and you get harassed every time you walk down the street.

Начну свой отзыв по порядку. Приехали в отель около 16 часов, сразу заселились в номер. Покупали номер семейный, ожидания совпали с реальностью. Хороший номер. Уборка, ну плохая, страдает. Для нас это было не критично. Критично, что мыло не дают, не очень приятно. Но это тоже решили самостоятельно. В отели были первый раз, по отзывам своих знакомых. Все прекрасно!!! Еда, фрукты, напитки местного производства в достатке. Питьевая вода прекрасная, холодильников много. Пляж узкий, песчаный. Лежаков не всегда хватает, но быстро можно решить вопрос обратившись к работнику пляжа. Вход в море плавный, без каких либо камней. В 11 часов на пляж приезжает тележка с холодными фруктами. Очень здорово. На пляже есть небольшой бар в нем есть чай, кофе, сок, пиво. Уборка пляжа на высоте, постоянно протерают столики, сметают песок с лежаков, дежурит спасатель. Через дорогу есть дополнительный аквапарк, там целый день работают горки. Вода правда в бассейнах ремень очень холодная. Но сходить стоит однозначно. Моим детям 17 и 11 лет, поэтому детская анимация меня не волнует. По ней ничего сказать не могу. Для взрослых вечерами дискотеки, шоу программы. Хотелось бы аэробики в море, но её нет. Поэтому я примыкала к отдыхающим другого отеля. Рядом с отелем есть большой рынок, Вайкики, Мигрос, аптеки не очень далеко автобусная остановка. Тоесть есть куда сходить, погулять. Вернусь ли я сюда? Конечно да, мне все очень понравилось!!! На мелкие нюансы я даже не хочу обращать внимание. Отдельное спасибо Guest Relation Исмаилу и Жазгуль за помощь в решении вопросов.

Het is een onwijs gezellig hotel met voornamelijk zeer vriendelijk personeel, het personeel maakt de ervaring compleet. Het eten is super geregeld, altijd plek bij het zwembad en niet extreem druk. De kamers worden goed onderhouden.

We stayed at the Alaiye resort and spa and overall had a mixed experience. We have stayed 15+ all inclusives, including 5 in Antalya so am comparing this to those. Location: 4/5. Not in the Antalya or Alanya, but close to the private beach (very crowded, not enough loungers), and plenty of shops and some bars and restaurants a very short walk away. The sandy beach was clean, with warm water although was very busy. Hotel: 3/5. Overall clean and well presented. It's quite crowded so not much green space but has what you need. Most guests were russian/polish/German but a few English. WiFi was very frustrating. Very rare you were connected for more than 10 minutes, had to constantly disconnect and reconnect. Very slow when you were connected. Every day we had to re login with passport number and room number, sometimes that failed and had to speak to reception. Housekeeping was fine, and came most days. Food. 2/5. Very repetitive. We had basically stew and rice every dinner. It was hot at least. The a la carte (Chinese) was beautifully presented but very poor, worst Chinese ever. Avoid! The snack bar made good pizza. There was no flair for dinner, normally I've found a pasta station, maybe a theme night but no, just the same food every day. If you got to dinner after the first sitting you had to get your own cutlery by getting from other half used tables or draws. One night I was carrying my baby and wanted a fork, was told just to go to a cupboard and look for one (there wasn't one). No table service for drinks. Drinks were ok, except they kept running out of Malibu and Baileys. Entertainment 2/5. The animation team was very small, and just did darts, volleyball and aerobics. There was no engagement, no team dance, no getting to know the guests. Derin who organisied the darts was friendly and the best from the team. Every day there was water aerobics, but one day there were only 3 participants (all in the pool ready to go). Animation team turned up, said it was 5 minimum, and walked away! It should run even if it was 1. Very lazy. Only good thing was the evening entertainment, which was excellent, and probably the best we've seen. 4pm pool game was the only 'fun' team game, but that was only every few days and frequently cancelled. Staff 2/5. Most staff seemed very miserable, no smiles from any of the bar staff, often doing the minimum possible. It was almost like none of them had been paid recently and were unhappy, and a guest asking for a drink or something was an inconvenience. Ozcan (garden bar) especially was the grumpiest bar man ever. There was no attempt to get feedback on our trip, and I don't think I heard a staff member say 'hello', 'welcome', 'please' or 'thank you' (apart from the 4 listed below). Only exceptions were: Derin - animation, friendly and actually said hello Mehmet - restaurant. Very friendly Osman - (young guy). Had a smile Hakim - (pizza guy), very friendly with a smile.
