Nice hotel but water in pool was too cold, specially for children. 4/5. Staff was very cordial. Restaurant food is also good very much quantity wise also.

I booked suit room there and check-in time was 2. 00 but we reached udaipur in morning 10am so i asked for early check in and they asked it would be chargeable and it was raining outside so it is very pathetic when no customers in your hotel but still you did not allow your premium customers to early checking. That kind of hospitality i was not expecting from five star property. Internet i was unable to work from there as there internet speed was very slow. If you include breakfast in your package there are very limited options
