I highly recommend Drakensberg Gardens. We went with the DBB option and we're highly impressed. The room was clean and had all we needed. The food was lovely and we had multiple restaurant options. The resort has lots of activities for young and old.

Zelden zo’n armoedig hotel gezien, alsof er 40 jaar niks aan gedaan is. Kamers hebben geen airco, er staat een oud, smerig 1.40 bed in en zwarte schimmel bedekt het kozijn van de badkamer. Badkamer is overal vies, vergeelde en beschimmelde kit en de spinnenwebben hangen in het rooster aan het plafond. Aan de muur hangt een witte TL balk (!!) en er lopen insecten in de kamer. Restaurant is druk en chaotisch. Personeel wat er rondloopt is arrogant, net als aan de bali. Proberen je meer geld af te troggelen bij het betalen van je diner, ontzettend raar. Overal zijn aparte ruimtes, lijkt wel een doolhof. Ga hier niet heen.

This place is so beautiful and very good in terms of resting, peaceful and where it's situated. Staff is very informative and well mannered. It has everything that you need. Good for the family as well.

My husband and I booked a four night trip for our one year anniversary and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Every single aspect was phenomenal, from the clean and comfortable rooms, to the exceptional dining experience to the adventure park. The staff were amazing. Mid rope course I discovered that I’m terrified of heights ( yeah, I know, alil late) and the guide was so patient and encouraging that I pushed through a full blown anxiety attack. I even did the abseiling and zip lining which was actually AWESOME!! I highly recommend this resort as one of the best and should you and your special person have something to celebrate on a specific night, you must visit the Bergview. The romantic atmosphere was perfect. Not to mention the manager Spha will ensure every dish is impeccable and keep checking in that you are happy. All in all the best trip we’ve had. Even the rain couldn’t keep us down

We had a birthday celebration. Booked for Six Sleeper room and everything was top knotwe loved it,definately recommend this for anyone wanting to visit and gave fun!
