Only one Onsen pool for man not sufficient and the men Onsen only 4 cabinet storage area is too small.

This time I booked Yoshidaya's villa. The interiors of the four villas all have different designs. The two floors are hot springs, bathrooms and living rooms downstairs. The upstairs is a rest bed and a small study room, because there is no toilet upstairs. Not suitable for elderly people. Among the four villas, it is recommended to avoid choosing Orikawa. The beds on the upper floor are just opposite the stairs, which will be more dangerous if you accidentally fall.

The detached house is on the other side of the river from the hotel, so the Japanese lady at the front desk gave us a map and explained in detail the various facilities in the hotel and the time for hot spring bathing. After booking dinner and breakfast the next day, we happily stayed in our cabin and didn't want to go out. When I wanted to buy a drink at night, I found that there was a super large supermarket with firewood, rice, oil, salt, sauce, vinegar and tea. It was very easy to visit, closer than the convenience store and with more things, so don't be stupid and run to the main street to buy it, it's still quite cold at night! !

I told them in advance that my flight was delayed due to snow and that I would be late for check-in, but they kindly responded to my limited Japanese and prepared dinner for me right away. The staff were all kind, the dinner was delicious, and the accommodations were perfect. And the private bath experience was also very special. Thank you for making my trip so wonderful.

The hotel environment is good, details can be seen in the picture, the overall level of one night and two meals is almost worth the money, only the following two points need to be improved: 1. Understand that it is difficult to recruit local young people and their English level is not enough. There is a Central Asian girl at the front desk of the hotel. Her English level is actually average, but her service ability really needs to be improved. She took the wrong hotel floor plan and introduced it. At the end, she found out that she had to start all over again (can I only start over when I was interrupted by reciting?) When she couldn't express herself in poor English, she didn't think of using a translator at all. I translated it into Japanese and asked her colleagues~ 2. Before going, I had been looking forward to the free loan bath for a long time, but in the end, except for the large baths for men and women, everything was under renovation:-(😭 In addition, dinner was served one by one, and I don’t know if it was not well connected or it was time-consuming to make it on the spot? For several dishes, I pressed the bell to remind them but still waited a long time before they were served.

Very clean and friendly. There is no bathroom in the room. There is facial cleanser and lotion. I especially recommend dinner and breakfast, which are very rich and ceremonial. Suitable for vacation.

The front desk staff is very nice. There is no elevator in the hotel. The staff helped carry the suitcases up the long stairs to the room. The renovated hotel is very clean and the bed is comfortable. One room and two meals are provided. It is a great stay experience.

I made an urgent reservation. I saw the photos of the hotel and misunderstood that there was a separate shower in the room. In fact, there was no separate shower. But the hotel provides a 50-minute independent bath. There are 3 large baths to choose from, and there are also public large baths to choose from. The skin-beautifying hot spring is really good. Two meals per stay, kaiseki dinner with Saga beef, breakfast is very rich

The service staff explained the hotel's facilities very seriously and responsibly. I was so hungry that it felt like the explanation took too long. A friend of mine booked three rooms for a trip of 6. It may be because the hotel is old and the electricity tripped three times during our stay when we used the hotel kettle to boil water. The stairs are shaky and may be inconvenient for older people. It is very friendly to be able to use the private soup for free, and the breakfast and dinner are rich and delicious. I took three baths in one night. The hot spring water was so smooth and comfortable. I will use it again when I visit Ureshino in the future.

I got off JR Ureshino Onsen Station and called the hotel. The waiter came to pick us up and helped us move our luggage to the room. The food in the evening was very delicious? Very satisfied in every aspect, thank you again!どうもありがとう!

The location is peaceful. A good place to rest. The food is exquisite. The taste is very suitable. Staff attitude is good.

A more traditional Japanese-style hot spring hotel, about 8 minutes away from JR station, and requires hotel pick-up. I tried both the indoor and outdoor hot springs and they were very good. The dinner was exquisite and of good quality. The room was a bit cold.
