I like the simplicity of the room design - it is clean and practical. The staff was very friendly, however they sent up a gift with a robot butler at 22:30 when we were already asleep. It was were confusing and frustrating, because we were anxious to get a good nights sleep before we catch our flight the next day.

I came to check in as soon as I got off the plane in the morning and it was very fast like last time. I came earlier and the room was not available yet, but I waited in the lobby for about five minutes and the room was ready. I went in and saw that it was so clean. The speed and efficiency were really good. Needless to say, I stayed at this typical hotel that is a must-stay for business trips last time. I really liked it. The staff were very enthusiastic and gave me snacks and fruit yogurt. I loved it. Next time I come, I will choose their hotel as a bonus.
