Wonderful! Views are sublime. Great restaurant. Great service. Great amenities. They have full shuttle schedule to and from the center multiple times a day. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to my family and friends.

STRENGTHS:
- There are various transfer times from the hotel to the center and vice versa.
- The breakfast is one of the best I've ever seen (including gluten free options)
- Clean and functional gym, sauna and pool.
- The room is spacious and has a view of either the lake or the mountains.
- Everything very clean

Excellent option with SPA to rest after tours and trails in the region.
It has an excellent breakfast, bar and restaurant.
The rooms have good space, the quality of the bed and curtains are good and they have plenty of sockets to charge cell phones and other devices.
There is a transfer from the center to the hotel and vice versa. Excellent for being far from the center.

I have only good to say about this resort and spa. (Restaurant, spa, cleanliness, free shuttlebus service to town for instance) What stands out is the staff who was incredible! Sweet is probably the best word to describe them. Always helpful and heartily and genuinely caring, making our stay wonderful. They must really enjoy their work! None mentioned non forgotten. If we come back to Ushuaia we would definitely stay at this resort again.

Excellent place to stay in Ushuaia! A memorable experience! The staff is great, quality of food is amazing, customers’ attention is impeccable and the services provided is one of a kind! I totally recommend the hotel! Wish we’ll be back soon!

Beautiful hotel!!! Room was a bit basic but with an amazing view! Ask for bay view room. Netflix available, so that helped in the evening. Grounds are gorgeous and super cozy with a smell of fire place to add to your romance. Indoor pool, spa, sauna, cute bar and yummy restaurant. Probably one of the most helpful staff I have ever met! Just 5* without anything even slightly wrong. Definitely coming back! I will miss this place…

We enjoyed our stay at LCRSE. We were picked up at the airport by a friendly hotel staff member right outside the arrival area. The front desk folks were warm and friendly. The location is beautiful--right on the Beagle Channel with views from most rooms as well as from the bar and restaurant. The breakfast was very well presented, and we had dinner on property both nights to rave reviews. The pools and spa area were quite nice. The concierge helped us with arranging some adventures which were really fun. I highly recommend LCRSE for your Ushuaia adventures.

The location is spectacular on the Beagle Channel. Back in the days this has been a great place, but time and I assume lack of competition has deteriorated the offering. The restaurant and the bar are great. Good quality offering and very attentive service. Without this I wouldn’t suggest anyone to stay here. The rooms I don’t think have been updated for at least two decades and it is showing. We stayed at Premium Channel room, and as far as I’m concerned the only premium about the room was the view. Also, to me five star category means evening turn down and fresh towels if needed. Neither offered. The concierge desk was clueless beyond ordering a transport (even that got complicated with a large amount of luggage) and giving you a preprinted list of recommended restaurants. Trying to get suggestions for the tour in the national park was useless. The most petty thing I encountered was when I asked whether we can have our return transfer to the airport to the cruise port instead. No, this cannot be done as it’s different was the response. Note, the distance differential is 200m.

What a delightful place! From a recommendation of our front desk clerk elsewhere, we wondered over to see about spa services. We had a couple hours wait for next available, so headed to the restaurant for lunch. Terrific! Service was good, food was amazing. Relaxed to tea, soup was comforting, meal was savory and desserts were tantalizing. Great water view After lunch enjoyed my massage, friend had a facial - we enjoyed both. Wish we had known to bring swimsuits, we would have relaxed in spa pool afterwards

Our stay was wonderful from minute one, it was dreamed as we remembered it the first time we came. The quality and excellence is out of this world, we loved every second of our stay. The staff is outstanding in their kindness and courtesy, really a pleasure. The breakfast is really abundant and of high quality as well as the food offered in the restaurant at dinner time. The common areas are really cozy and the SPA really completes the wonderful experience. In addition to the free transfers included to the city center, which makes your vacation a dream come true.

Absolutely loved this place! I originally waited too late to schedule a hotel driver to pick us up so I had resigned to just grabbing a taxi. A quick email to the hotel and they said they will send a driver complete with a placard and my name on it. Great! Check in was easy and smooth. The front desk staff was great for our entire stay. They asked for our departure date and flight time during check-in to ensure they schedule the hotel driving service to the airport. Got to love that! I reserved a suite with a view of the Beagle channel and patio. It was the best! First night, I ordered a bottle of wine and sat outside for an hour just taking in the view. Amenities were great including a safe, mini refrigerator and coffee maker. The bathroom was large and included a good size shower of grey slate and was made for larger people, complete with a rainwater shower-head. Shower gels, shampoos, conditions were L'Occitane and resupplied daily. Also provided were plenty of towels including wash towels as some travelers have asked about. A full bathtub was also included for those wanting a more relaxing event. One nice amenity was the cold and hot water dispenser available in the hallway, where we filled up our water bottles every day and night. One important thing I noticed every night is how quiet it was a bedtime. Great night sleep for our entire stay! While we did not utilize the spa, the indoor heated pool was nice. A well-appointed gym was also part of the spa experience and would meet just about anyone’s workout needs. Free weights as well as weight machines and treadmills were part of a nice gym experience. The gym may not be open as early as some might like, but when you are on vacation, you adjust! Aside from these features, there is a Concierge on site for most of the day and evening and that was super helpful. This was a nice benefit and one that seems to be missing from other hotels we have stayed at on other vacations. Even if you have plans already scheduled, it is nice to run them past these people just as a reality check. Our schedules were very tight and thankfully we did not have any hiccups. A quick review by someone knowledgeable was a nice confirmation. One of the best features is what I will call the solarium room. A room covered in glass with an incredible view of the Beagle Channel with couches and comfy chairs was the best. Add to that, a waiter will deliver any drink you can come up with from a cappuccino, wine to a pisco sour. I spent way more time in this room than I will admit. Check out was at 10:00 am and we hated to leave, but after breakfast, a hotel staff member took our bags and loaded them on the hotel bus. Sad to leave, but a great hotel stay and a smooth arrival and even smoother departure made our stay the best!

Amazing experience: great views of Canal de Beagle, excellent stuff services in all areas, confortable rooms and spa. It was a family trip, we got a Patagonia suite, with an extra bed. Everything was just perfect: a superb breakfast with fantastic view. The spa has all the necessary faciities. All the experience was unforgetable. We will return!

Considering how expensive it is, you will by far not get your money’s worth. Som many reasons why. There are a few positives: ⁃ A stunning view, if you pay for a room facing the Beagle channel. It really is breathtaking, and the sound of the waves is soothing. ⁃ The breakfast offers a great variety. ⁃ Staff is attentive and welcoming. They are doing their best, and are definitely not to blame for the hotel’s poor standard. The list of negatives is long, I’ll note a few things: ⁃ Overall a really outdated hotel, with at best a three star quality. But you are paying for five. ⁃ My impression is that the owners/managers are counting on that the steady flow of guests in transit (many only staying a few nights, on their way to a cruise etc) means that they can skip any investments /upgrading. No one will return anyway. ⁃ The interior design is, well, lacking. Especially the dining area. ⁃ The room has paper thin walls , you will hear everything your neighbor is doing and everyone passing your door. ⁃ Our “premium” room was very basic, the bathroom even worse. The handrail by the old narrow bathtub was glued to the wall… ⁃ Uncomfortable beds and poor quality sheets. ⁃ Ok equipment in the small gym, but it was really dirty. ⁃ Old sad looking jacuzzis in the spa, one of them not working. ⁃ The hotel is located 30 minutes from the city centre (hence the nice view). There is a free hourly shuttle service, but several times during the day and evening there is a two or three hour gap in the timetable.
