The location is really good, if you want to go to the centre by car or a day to Amsterdam. Service is 24/7 and fast! Shoutout to Trent for the excellent breakfast :)

The overall experience in the hotel was good. The location is middle of nowhere that will require couple of minutes walk to the bus stop then to the central train station. But if you are looking for quiet vacation it is highly recommended.

The best hotel I have ever lived in Europe

Very nice hotel! We had a small issue when you open a window the air starts to whistle under the door, so you cannot keep the window at night, only temporary. One important thing - the PIZZA in the bar IS AMAZING! Must try.

The restaurant serves great dishes, should give it a try!

Low-key and a bit remote, the environment is good, there is free parking, the breakfast is not very rich, it is normal. If you have a car, you can choose this hotel.

Hotel is fine for a night in transit. It was a pity that there were no fries (the waitress said: they are gone!).

I booked a tour with Kaiyuan, and booked two days here to connect with the tour group. When I arrived, I found that it was far from the city, so I wanted to cancel one day and stay in the city for one night, and still come back to meet the group on the third day. With a try-and-see attitude, after explaining the situation, a female receptionist asked me to confirm with Ctrip, saying that if Ctrip agreed to refund, I could cancel. Ctrip said that it was OK, and asked the front desk to answer the phone. As a result, a male receptionist came and said a few words to the female receptionist. Suddenly, he turned his face and said that he had never said that he could cancel. The female receptionist may feel guilty and avoid talking. I was just trying to cancel it, and I didn’t have much hope. It was a surprise to be able to cancel, and it was understandable not to cancel. But lying is a taboo in the service industry. When I answered the Ctrip customer service call, the affirmative tone sounded as if I was lying. If you are short on time in Amsterdam, it is better to book a hotel in the city center. Although the suburbs are cheaper, it is still not worth it after excluding the cost of time and transportation.
