駐車場が停めやすいのは良いと思います。朝食がよくわからずに結局素泊まりになってしまいました。
アメニティグッズも、必要な物だけは良いと思います。でも、なんだかちょっと寂しく感じましたw メーカーなどは厳選なさった方がよろしいかと思います。
尚、私は自分のものを持参。初めての利用でした。ありがとうございました。

高級感のあるホテルでした。駐車場も広く、交通の便もまあまあ良く、移動するのに不便はありませんでした。ただ、部屋に虫がいました。「部屋を変更したい。」と使えたところ、すぐに対応してくれました。

It's not cleaned, the refrigerator is broken, the quality of room service is almost like that of a convenience store, the bed feels like the cheapest spring, the pillow smells, the staff doesn't speak English, the location is far from the station, and there aren't even any restaurants nearby.
This hotel I don’t understand why it received 4 stars
Honestly, except for the facilities, 3 stars is acceptable.

There is choice of smoking room and non smoking room when I booked the room, however when reached the hotel I was told that I booked a smoking room. I requested for non smoking room but it was run out that day, so we are forced to stay in smelly smoking room that night
