フロントや朝食コーナーのスタッフの方たちがとても感じ良かったです。建物も、お部屋も新しく綺麗でした。
ただとても残念だったのは、リネン(枕・ナイトウェア・タオル)が臭かったことです。
ナイトウェアはフロント横の置場から持っていきますが、いざ着用しようと広げたところ紐部分に赤茶色の汚れがあってちょっと気持ち悪かったです。フロントに申し出たところ、スタッフの方は丁寧に応対してくださいました。
改めて部屋に持ち帰ったナイトウェアも、
襟のところが黄ばんでいたのと、やはり匂いが気になったので結局着用しませんでした。
朝食の無料のパンとコーヒーは嬉しいサービスでした。パンもとても美味しかったです。
アメニティが最小限だったので、クレンジングやフェイスパックや綿棒などあると女性に喜ばれるのではないかと思いました。

although location is 5-10 minutes away from main utsunomiya station, it is one of the better hotels I've stayed at around the station.

以前曾住過UNIZO系列的旅館，因此這次就放心的訂房，沒想到座落地點生活機能非常差，只有一家超商，其他幾乎沒任何商店餐廳，走到JR站還要十幾分鐘。房間的設備也是讓我無語，狹小的桌面上沒有任何插座，附了一條延長線讓我們只能把3C設備放在地上充電。衛浴完全沒有檯面，所以盥洗用品必須放在馬桶上，要煮個熱水也找不到合適安全的地點，非常失望。
