An oasis-like hotel located on a relatively dirty street. What I particularly like is that there are a variety of free drinks for guests to choose from in the hotel lobby, which is rare in South American countries.

Compared to this price, it's generally pretty good. The decoration is quite unique. But the bathroom is very small, hot and cold water comes very slowly in the morning, and the sound insulation of the room is poor. Others are okay

The room is a lake view room, the room is clean and tidy, the room size is also large, the buffet breakfast has few varieties, the hotel service attitude is rigid and not too enthusiastic, and the hotel location is convenient

Drink coffee in the lobby, watch the sunrise and bring breakfast

The sheets were stained and had hairs on them. Incredibly hot rooms! No external windows to get fresh air. No air con. The only windows are to the courtyard, which is like a greenhouse. Couldn't sleep much as a result. The shower goes from boiling hot to super cold. Bathroom is tiny. Hardly any space to turn around when you come out of the shower Paid £57/night. Very miserable experience. I would rather pay more and have decent facilities.

Small but comfortable rooms. Tika restaurant is attached to the hotel so very convenient for dinner and breakfast. Be aware that rooms 1 to 8 are located around the first courtyard. This is also next to a common area just behind reception so if people gather there it can be quite noisy. This was the case when we stayed. A group was socializing until 11 pm and unfortunately we had a 6 am wake up call.

It was nice but I was only there for one night, to visit the Uyuni Salt Flats (highly recommend)

Staff was very responsive and the breakfast buffet had lots of options! Twin room was spacious, however the bathroom was a little cramped. Water pressure was poor, however another couple staying at the same time said theirs was very good. We made use of the steam sauna and it was very nice.

Excellent friendly service. Very nice restaurant with traditional Bolivian dishes very well cooked and presented. Delicious and varied breakfast. Loved the pool and jacuzzi. We arrived 3 hours early and the staff very kindly allowed us to stay in the lobby, and stored our luggage until we could check in. Very comfortable rooms. Loved the fully enclosed courtyard

What a wonderful hotel. I was a solo traveler and felt safe in this facility. The restaurant was great. The heated pool was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and communicated well. My room was just the right size for me. But it you were to share it with another person, you might find that the bathroom is a bit small. It’s a lovely hotel and I’m quite happy with my decision in picking this place.
