Great stay. Jay , in reception, who said was from Jamnagar, was very polite and helpful. Rooms spacious ,clean, bed well made but not changed during our three days stay. WiFi in room, tea making facility in room, security box in room, bathroom clean, forceful shower with both hot and cold water , Laundry service and in room ironing facility. Food was excellent, Gobinda Singh an intern from Uttarakhand and Rajat the cook from Calcutta were helpful ,so also all others in dining , choice in dinner both vegetarian and non vegetarian . Breakfast well prepared including masala tea and coffee. Parking space and quick service for our baggage transfer, all of good standard We enjoyed our stay, possibly will return as a stop over next year for a tour to Kutch

Pros: 1. Not too far from Railway Station or Airport...easy access. 2. Value for money(I had a corporate booking). 3. Decent food in restuarant 4. Essential needs nearby, as well as other restaurants, if one wants to explore. 5. Courteous front desk and Restaurant staff, particularly Chef Nishma 6. All essential items in room, including fridge TV(a tad too big at 55", considering room size...max 43" would have been more than enough), work desk, tea/coffee counter, ironing board amd iron, Lounger seat Cons: 1. Room size a bit small...items are tightly packed...not enough space to move around. 2. Hotel doesn't look appealing from outside. 3. Need to climb quite a few number of steps to access the lobby.

The breakfast is very good, Nishma served me very well and she makes delicious omelets. Very attentive and professional staff. I had a good experience.The staff are mostly vegetarians or vegans, however, they serve carnivores like me very well

Recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Their seamless coordination in providing an early check-in and late check-out without any hassle truly enhanced my stay. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the food. Both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian starters were exceptional—perfectly cooked, bursting with flavors, and served with great presentation. Each bite was a treat to the palate, and it’s evident that the culinary team puts a lot of thought and passion into their work. The service deserves special mention as well—the staff was attentive, professional, and always eager to assist with a warm smile. My overall experience was so good that I am already looking forward to my next trip. This hotel has set a benchmark in hospitality, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

It's great experience, staff is very nice and excellent support & service. Food is very nice, rooms are excellent and maintained with good quality and Hygiene. Rooms are bigger size, cleaning staff very cooperative and supportive. Room service is very good.

No return to this hotel
Booking the hotel as for business purpose, shared room with a colleague.
The first challenge was the wifi connection with restriction, we have 2 persons, 2 laptops & 2 handphones. But only 3 devices able to connect to the hotel wifi. The 4th device kept failing to connect even 1 or 3 devices are disconnected. Feedback to hotel, was told the free wifi able to support 3-4 devices. The next day I re-tried again the wifi Connection, the 4th device was connected, but 1 of the previous connected devices failed to wifi connection. It made me really frustrated, and called again to front desk, was told the wifi connection was failed for whole hotel. After repair, the connection was restricted to 3 devices only.
For the toilet, it was abit run down and old. We still can beat with it, but the housekeeping service was in consistent work procedure, everyday will miss out to replace either toilet paper, tissue or floor mat.
However, the staffs are quite friendly and nice when we requested for help.
The hotel breakfast is quite delicious, and the staffs remember our preference.
